My picture was printed & delivered within a week which was faster than I expected. I'm very happy with the results and I love acrylic non-glare finish.

Quick delivery, good quality materials.
Only complaint is finished acrylic print came out with a very slight orange hue to the red sky. Did not truly match the JPEG supplied sadly. This was a little disappointing....

Easy and clear to navigate my first print to metal as a new professional photographer. The final print delivered is better than I expected, as I shot the photo on an iPhone 14! Shhhhh...

Pictorem does not ship to PO Boxes, but this fact does not appear at checkout. I received an email from a customer service rep asking me for a new address. Pictorem only alerted me AFTER they printed my order. I responded asking why they do not ship to PO Boxes and indicating that there was no good physical address to ship the item to (theft risks). Instead of responding to my questions, the rep subbed in my billing address and asked if i wanted it shipped to that location. I called customer service, expressed my frustration and was told that I could get a refund. Then I was hung up on. I tried to call back multiple times and was hung up on. I have explained my situation to three different Pictorem reps and still no refund. I've been on hold with Pictorem for about 40 minutes in total. Now I'm being told that they will not refund my purchase.

Hello, I received my order, and the framed canvas quality is not as expected. The print is blurry and the frame is loose. Low quality seller.

The canvas is completely flat and the folds on the corners are perfect. Beautiful job for my special photo.

The canvas frame was bevelled which meant the canvas did not have "bumps" in it from the frame - other companies this has been a problem.

The production and delivery did take longer than expected. I am, looking to use your company as a drop ship for my art, but timing is quite long from time of order.

I ordered your sample kit last summer to really see the differences in each type of printing material. It was so worth it! I ordered my first Acrylic Print of 'Roco' a humming bird that visited me all last summer. There was an option to have it made round so I thought why not! When I received the box I was so excited my print was very well packaged you could tell the care was taken to ship it. When I laid eyes on it I could have cry at how beautiful it was. The clarity, the depth of color is stunning and the sharpness so true. You have truly done an A+ job in helping me show my work. Everyone who has seen it can believe the very high quality.
