A few months back I ordered two large prints and came out amazing. One delayed due to your office moving to a new location. That did not stop me though. I ordered 4 more. Wow. Amazing again. The framing, the quality. The colors. Wow. And this time arrived on time. One more thing. The packaging is what I call a fortress. Never seen seen anything like that before. A tank!!! The colors are stunning!! Cannot wait to hang these amazing prints.

Phone service was excellent and efficient. I had concerns about my resolution vs. size of print and they reassured that they would not print if it was not excellent. Recommended to me by fellow dog photographers. Ordered a metal print for a mirror portrait that is mostly black. Very happy with it, the price and the hanging part.

My advisor steered me to using a kind of slightly textured flat metal for 2 pictures. Was going to have them printed as a Giclee. So glad he talked me out of it. The 2 metal prints turned out AMAZING!!! They do very nice work. They were here within 2 weeks. Service was excellent. I made irregular sized metal prints. I HIGHLY recommend Pictorem to print our photographs on. They offer many options.

We've now ordered two metal prints from Pictorem from our own picture files. One was the Smooth White Metal and the other was the HD Gloss Chromaluxe, They both turned out great.
The pictures arrived when expected. The packages were very professionally wrapped and arrived without issue.

I was very happy with my canvas print. It was framed better than I expected it would be with higher grade materials. I would order again in a minute!

Recently received a large framed canvas print from Pictorem, and the box shipped via UPS, at an extra cost thinking that would offer some additional protection over USPS, was received heavily damaged. I’ll never use UPS again for deliveries from Pictorem. One of the box corners was severely crushed, and two other locations had perforations in the box along with crushing. Oh boy, what would I find inside? After carefully unboxing and cutting through the various layers of protection, the canvas print was undamaged. So a real shoutout to those who wrap the prints in multiple layers of protection, you guys do an awesome and outstanding job. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing, because it makes a huge difference. The print was magnificent, as always, and the framing and construction was superb. I’ll continue to use Pictorem for all my various prints. Thank you.

We have now ordered three large format fine art prints on stretched gallery canvas from Pictorem. In one instance we provided a medium-resolution RGB digital file that their staff upscaled. For the other two orders we supplied the ultra-high resolution files, and Pictorem printed directly from those.
Every step of the online order and follow up process was
straightforward, efficient and very reasonably priced without hidden charges or fees.
The artistic reproduction quality and construction elements for each work were excellent. Artisan-grade canvas was stretched and anchored flawlessly. Framing materials, hanging hardware, and reinforcements rivaled any that we have paid hundreds of dollars more for elsewhere. Pictorem flawlessly matched the color rendering and extremely fine details of each work. They completed every job well ahead of estimated production. We chose their no-additional-fee (“free”) ground delivery method. Their preferred carriers achieved delivery times from Canada to the US in two to three business days.
Summary: outstanding, reliable, delightful, high-value experience in every respect, every time.

Our large (40" x 24") picture arrived extremely well packed. Even if it had been roughly handled, I believe it would still have been perfect inside.

On opening the package, we found our print beautifully enlarged and with excellent colour rendering. The frame is well made and properly braced for such a large canvas, so there is no risk of the sides bowing or the surface developing any ripples, which we have experienced with other companies.

The hardware provided is sturdy and well fastened and even included felt pads on the back of each corner, to prevent any scratching or marring of the wall when we hung our picture.

In short, Pictorem did an excellent, quality job and thought of everything!

I only deducted one star because of the ordering process. Many places in Canada no longer have postal delivery to the home; for people who only have a PO box, it's important to know if the package will be sent by courier (in which case they can give their physical address) or by Canada Post (in which case they give their PO Box). However, Pictorem's order process asks for the address right at the beginning of the order.

Despite my emailing to explain that I had no postal delivery, they still addressed our large package to my physical address. Once I saw that they had used Canada Post to send it, I knew it would be undeliverable. We got it in the end, but not without effort.

It took a few emails over several days to go over this, and even then they got it wrong. I founf the delay frustrating -- I wanted to get my picture made! At one point, I considered ordering somewhere else. I'm glad I didn't, but I wonder how much business they have lost because the ordering process is a little clunky.

This could all be solved very simply with either some written instructions to the customer on the website (easiest) or with some basic coding changes in the order process.

Their website is easy to use, from uploads, to the variety of printing options and sizes, and which size is best for the file. I was able to track progress as the print went through production and was notified once it shipped. When I received the item I was so impressed with the care they took in the packaging process. I have used Pictorem five times so far and will continue to do so.

I tried several different company websites to upload and manipulative my photo and nothing matched this website for easy of use. I found the price remarkable inexpensive so did wonder what the quality would be like but it was amazingly good. The reproduction was terrific as was the frame and framing. I couldn't recommend this company more.

The chromaluxe metal prints always turn out beautiful. The edits that their team does to the photos, either option we've used, have turned out great. The best customer service. Quick turnaround once approved edits for shipping. Quality packaging with shipping. Highly recommend pictorem for metal prints.
