I don't have a long history with Pictorem yet, but I definitely will have. I am taking a course on how to sell my photography online from an amazing school called the Thriving Artists Academy (craigalexanderacademy.com). The course also gives us recommendations on Printing companies that they recommend we use, and Pictorem was one of them. When I began mid-January this year, they told us that Pictorem had been in the process of moving and that their orders were greatly delayed and that we probably shouldn't use them before around February 1st (2026).

I got my first order on a Saturday, Feb. 21 and decided to take a chance with Pictorem . I made the order online with great ease. The price was great and it shipped via UPS for free. (I found out later that it had shipped from Canada, but that didn't appear to slow anything.). The order was for a 36"x24" Satin Photo Paper print. Bottom line is that 7 business days later the print was delivered to my customer and she was extremely pleased with the quality. I was very happy with everything-- because Etsy ranks you on your ability to ship and deliver on time, and of course by the quality of your work. It was simple to order online, and I signed up to get an email through every step of the process. It could not have been better. Since then I have made 3 more orders from them - a 14x11 inch, a 30x20" and a slightly less standard 20x20". All satin photo paper prints.

The quality of my final photo is very important to me, and the second customer really loved hers as well.

I had two more orders in as of this morning. I was paying close attention, because today was my deadline to ship one of them, and I had to send the shipping confirmation number to Etsy AND to my customer. I checked my order online, and on the website, Pictorem said it had been printed. So I was shocked and in a panic when I received an email this morning that there would be a 24-48 hour delay in shipping. Not knowing what to do, I called their 800 number. I was on hold, not for too long, and I only mention it because I see that someone had complained of being on hold for too long.

I got a very helpful gentleman on the line who was happy to check on both my orders. He told me that the one due to ship today would actually ship today. He even told me that it would be between 2 and 4pm. I'm sure he understood what it meant to me and after I hung up, I received my shipping confirmation within 15 minutes. Maybe less. I do not believe in any way that this was a coincidence, and I am so grateful to him. He is my hero today. His name is Mhalik, and I sent an email to the company to tell him that I love him!! 😍

These are not big orders, and I am not a big customer . But I will be. Because Mhalik made a big difference in my day today - and with my reputation at Etsy - because he knew it was important to me. You might say that it was just a simple thing he did, but I know that there are many customer service reps who wouldn't have done anything. Just let me wait another day or two. And he made me feel important. And isn't that the description of perfect customer service?!!

I now have ordered two pictures , one on canvas and one a metal print. Both were exactly what I wanted. Vibrant colors and sharp detail. The packaging was exceptional in providing protection during shipping. I can highly recommend this company

I've been a Wildlife Photographer in Northern Canada for many years and over that time have used numerous Print Shops to provide products for my Customers. Pictorem is truly the most professional Print Service there is. The quality and range of products, services, pricing and customer support is Outstanding! Although they provide International services, the fact they are in Canada is the icing on the cake for me. The Printing Sample Kit is extraordinary and really provides a first hand look at the quality of their products.

As a professional wildlife artist, I've been searching for a Canadian printer to make musuem-quality, giclee prints of my artwork for my collectors. In particular, I have been searching for a printer that offers on-demand drop-shipping services that I can integrate into my website. After comparing many printers, I was blown away by the quality of prints, services and support that Pictorem provides to Canadian artists. After watching many of their helpful videos, I immediately signed up for a Pro Account and their Premium Plan. Placed my order Jan 23 2026. Have contacted by phone where I waited 45 minutes then cut off. Had numerous email exchanges where customer service tried to blame me for not addressing an issue with image. Sent email that showed where the issue was suppose to be addressed on their end. Requested an update when my order was to arrive. They have posted on my business dashboard it will be completed on April 23 2026 not shipped to my location. Requested my money back and no response from company except AI generated responds. Posted a message on their facebook page where they blocked me with no response from company. So the company has had over $500 of my money and I have no canvases and won't give my money back.

They were incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the process. The product itself is outstanding — truly top-tier quality.

The quality of the print is exceptional. I am very pleased. This is my second time to use the printing service and each time I have been pleased. I do think some of the dark colors come out black in the printing process when they are actually a deep brown or grey.
