I ordered 4 metal mat finish frames. I quite like them. I like the modern look. The finish is darker than the original photo. Something to consider... One of them had 2 light marks on them. I am in contact with the support department to see what they can do about it.

Update: they sent me a new frame with no charge. Much appreciated!

Really great selection of customized framing options. I found exactly what I was looking for and it arrive way quicker than expected. Great quality framed photo that looks much more expensive than what I paid!

STAY AWAY !!!
They delivered a damaged acrylic print.
After wasting 3 months of our time with endless correspondence - they just started to ignore us.
Not just bad quality printers but also liars and crooks.

I have ordered two acrylic prints from Pictorem over the last 3 months. What I love:
• Excellent quality, true color and good detail, very good workmanship
• Packaged securely and arrived without damage
• Very good website design, they evaluate the image quality of your file based on how big you print and the viewing distance and show you how the print will look displayed in sample contexts
• While it's not cheap, prints are priced reasonably, very good value for the quality work I received
What wasn't so great:
• The first print I ordered, a 2x3 ft acrylic, took a whole month for me to receive. There wasn't much communication during that time and I wondered if there was a problem or if my order had been forgotten. However, the next print I ordered shortly after, an acrylic that was a little smaller, came very quickly.
Overall, I am very impressed with Pictorem and will continue to use their printing services for future needs. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could, just for the lack of communication over a longer wait time. Everything else about my experience was 5 stars!

I changed my Pictorem review from 4 star to 5 star! The customer service has been outstanding! They read my original 4 star review and reached out to me to resolve any dissatisfaction. The problem was me, not them! It was my first order and I submitted an image not of the resolution needed for the size print I ordered. They improved the image and we agreed to an appropriate size - they are rerunning. Things happen but it is how a business responds that makes all the difference and Pictorem went above and beyond to have a very satisfied customer!!

I received my Acrylic Print within a reasonable time and in excellent condition. I also appreciated the image optimization they applied. It reflects Pictorem’s excellent service!

I recently received my 16 x 11 stretched canvas print (1.5" gallery depth) and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The build quality is solid, and the matte varnish gives it a really clean, professional look without any distracting glare.

It fits the aesthetic of my room perfectly and arrived exactly as described. The "mirror" edge wrap looks great in person. Definitely a high-quality piece that feels worth the investment!

The Pictorem representative Briana Petit was professional and extremely effective in resolving my distorted images"Back Round" issue and she even went the extra mile to follow up with me to make certain that my issue was resolved satisfactory.

They were able to take a picture I took on a family vacation and make it a piece of art in our home that reminds me of a great time in my life.

I'm a photographer living in Eastern Canada. I've been purchasing and selling prints on Pictorem since late 2023. Although I've never been disappointed with their image quality, I've recently become disillusioned by their poor service.
A client of mine ordered a print in mid December 2025 that took weeks to arrive. I usually get my commission payment after a 30 day wait in case the client isn't satisfied with the item. Pictorem still hasn't issued my commission payment although more that 60 days have elapsed since I qualified for payment. I've contacted them numerous times only to be told that "we'll look into it." Yeah, right.
I'm beginning to see a trend with most of the negative reviews showing up in the past few months. I will no longer be selling my prints on Pictorem. It's too bad because they have an awesome website for artists who want to use their service but it isn't worth it if they refuse to issue commission payments.
UPDATE: I received my commission along with a personal apology from the owner within 24 hours of posting this review.
