Bereaved relatives needing more understanding
I was expecting a policy in mine and my husbands son name: Sara and James Carter. As far as I can see the policy is still in my husbands name John Carter and he died over a year ago. I telephoned on two occasions and gave this information.

Why after cancelling my policy
Why after cancelling my policy, 2 months ago I am still waiting for a refund. Never pay these up front because you can't get a refund. Get your house in order get simply insurance to get customer refunds. No use giving cheap quotes when customer service is so poor. My last insurance company refunded me within 7 days.

Commercial insurance is never straight…
Commercial insurance is never straight forward especially changing your broker which i had no choice in the matter with Aviva dumping me and no doubt countless other thousands, it was more expensive than before but what can you do PIB did my policy as i needed and im insured and happy

Excellent company
I initially I called Basil & Fry. They promised me a call back which came two weeks later! In the meantime I rang PIB. Myles dealt with my enquiry. He was very professional and managed to find me an excellent price for PLI, saving me a decent amount of money.
Superb customer service. I cannot recommend them and Myles in particular high enough.

I have been trying to reach your team for the past three days, but no one has answered my calls or been available to speak with me. This level of customer service is very disappointing. If I had an urgent claim to discuss, such delays would be unacceptable
