I've been with PIB Insurance for around 10 years now (previously RA Insurance), and their service has consistently been second to none. Having worked in the motor trade for over 35 years, I’ve dealt with many brokers, and without a doubt, PIB has been the best by far. Gerrard has been my go-to contact throughout — always reliable, knowledgeable, and just a phone call away whenever I need support. Highly recommended.

The team have always been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and renewals have been straightforward. Found them to be competitive and would definitely recommend.

Quick, easy, simple

I can see through the reviews other people have experienced a large delay in getting a refund. We have chased numerous occasions since December for the refund, also given lots of different excuses, apparently they only run pay outs once a month and they keep missing it!!!!

How can a large company like this only pay out once a month, plus we are three months plus onwards.

I would strongly recommend for anyone to shop around.
