The whole process of finding the car, viewing it and then purchasing was smooth and efficient. Maj was helpful and informative throughout. Would 100% recommend.

Phoenix RC Autos.
I recently viewed the Phoenix RC - Auto website and found a Range Rover Sports for sale. It looked amazing and although had age with it, you could tell that it had been well maintained and cared for. When viewed the office was closed, so the following Monday I phoned them straight away and spoke to Luke who was informative with the questions I asked. As I lived a fair distance away and did not want to lose the chance of buying the vehicle I put a deposit down on the vehicle. I could not be more reassured about the state of the vehicle after talking to Luke.
The following day we visited the salesroom and was greeted by Luke and other members of the very friendly staff. We could not believe how good the vehicle was. An agreement was made and two days later the vehicle was on my drive. It had been cleaned, valeted and all the little problems sorted. Well done to all the staff and in particular Luke who was very polite and efficient in his job.

Hello Ken,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very pleased that you have, overall, had a positive buying experience with Phoenix RC Automotive.
All of our vehicles are prepared to a high standard and always HPI checked before being released to customers. Additionally, all our vehicles have a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) which is signed off by our inspectors. We also offer comprehensive AA warranty to ensure our clients a piece of mind.
However, as with all used vehicles, fair wear and tear can be expected depending on the age of the vehicle. We always strive for full transparency in our business practice. As in this case, when a customer is unable to view the vehicle prior to purchase, we provide high definition videos and images to showcase the clearest representation of the car’s condition. We work with our customers to ensure that they leave the showroom happy with their purchase and we hope that you were satisfied with your reimbursement to cover the cosmetic touches.
Thank you for choosing Phoenix RC!
Best wishes,
Phoenix RC Automotive

Very happy with car I purchased
Very happy with car I purchased, I purchased a car from quite a distance away and Phoenix autos provided me with a video of car and Vaidas was always available to answer any of my questions.
On deciding to purchase the car, everything was able to be completed seamlessly through email or telephone and they provided a delivery service to get car to my destination.
When I received car it was exactly as described and I was very happy with it.
I would throughly recommend Phoenixrc autos, as the service and help I received during my purchase was brilliant and the car was of a very high standard. Also Vaidas was very helpful all the way through the process, I would definitely have a future purchase from them.
