Amazing staff and students always happy to help anybody I have 2 kids one has been there 8 years the other 7 years and still love the place

Incredible atmosphere,my son has been training with phoenix for many years,he is also on the ASD spectrum,they always go above and beyond to accommodate his needs , There Moto mental health matters is true to its wording it's not just somewhere to get fit it's a way of life and all students are welcomed with open arms with respect and dedication anyone can do anything!

My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!
My child and I have been training at Phoenix for just over a year. It is such an excellent academy, the training is second to none with a real welcoming and family feel. The instructors are fantastic, so knowledgeable and always looking at ways to improve themselves and the experience for others.
Prior to joining, I have always struggled with staying consistent with fitness, whether that be gym or activities due to getting bored and repetitiveness. The lessons are so varied and learning something new each session, I can honestly say I love it and I am always looking forward to the next session.
My confidence and exercise tolerance have grown massively, that alongside the confidence, listening skills and development of my child.
Everyone is so friendly, and we have both made great friendships along the way. Thank you it has changed my life.

I started training at Phoenix martial…
I started training at Phoenix martial arts twelve years ago and It was one of the best decisions I ever made. It has fantastic instructors and a really great family atmosphere. In the time I have been there it has evolved into one of the best academies in the country. I am now 55 years old and training definitely keeps my mind and body sharp and fit and I Would throughly recommend for children and adults!

A very supportive and friendly place to learn martial arts. Instructors push you at your own level. Everyone is helpful and supportive and lessons are hard work but great fun!

NORMANTON PMA
My son has been a student since May 2021 and he wishes he'd known about it sooner! He loves every minute of all aspects. PMA have a great attitude and understanding of its students and encourage them every step of the way. They are a well disciplined karate and kick boxing facility.

Amazing!
My little girl attends kickboxing here and it’s absolutely amazing. The staff have become a second family to her, such an great environment to be in.
