When my new dishwasher was delivered it…
When my new dishwasher was delivered it was discovered that the John Lewis plumber couldn’t install it because there was a waste disposal unit evidently blocking access. I needed, therefore, to find a skilled plumber who could connect the machine without causing too much chaos.
Yusuf was the man! He was friendly, informative, hard working, clean and tidy AND he managed to install the dishwasher without dismantling the waste disposal unit! An excellent job - I recommend him without reservation.

work was efficient and accurate
His work was efficient and accurate he moved our oven and gas hob which required the removal and moving of pipes carving out accurate holes in cabinetry to accommodate his new piping. We haven’t had any problems with his work and everything works as well. He did all this in a matter of hours and we were able to use our drive and oven for dinner. Would recommend his personal workmanship.

Responsive, effective and professional
I first contacted Yusuf in September/October 2025 because I needed advice on updating my underfloor heating system controls. He examined the layout of the house and how the zones worked and recommended a system that I could control from an app, making the whole thing much more flexible and responsive. His work throughout was excellent and I never had to wait more than a couple of hours (and then only if he was working elsewhere) for a response if I had a question. The new app meant I was able to see clearly when something wasn’t working properly which happened a couple of months later when I saw that the ground floor was not heating up properly. The system is about 15 years old so I wasn’t surprised that elements had started to breakdown. Yusuf recommended a new pump and flow meters and I decided to extend the work to the other heating zones to avoid the same thing happening in another few months elsewhere in the house. Again, Yusuf responded quickly, arriving on a Sunday when the heating wasn’t working to see if he could find a solution to give the house heat in the meantime. He ordered parts, communicated with me all the time and completed the work successfully. I travel with work so knowing that I have a system I can keep an eye on from afar and someone I can trust who will go round and sort things out quickly and effectively means a huge amount. Thank you Yusuf.
