Great service from Phoenix Heating and Plumbing. They fixed my boiler quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and left everything tidy. Fair pricing and very reliable—would definitely recommend.
The engineer was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler. They explained the problem clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and outlined the repair process before getting started. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Emergency response and one point solution
This is the second time I have called on Yusuf and he was brilliant as ever. On this occasion I required him for emergency response & he was well equipped with all necessary components - a one point solution to the problem of a lack of hot water and faulty boiler component.

Emergency Repair
We called Yusuf when our sump pump alarms indicated a problem. He managed to quickly understand the issue, explaining to us what had happened, and what repair was needed. He told us the costs involved and once the new part was received arranged a convenient time to install. I will certainly be using him again.

Yusuf came for an emergency leak through a ceiling - was there quickly and managed to pinpoint exactly where it was coming from even though was not an easy task. Excellent work replacing radiators and painting - very pleased!
Yusuf recently completed a job for us replacing several old radiators throughout the house, and also did some painting. He did a brilliant job on both. The new radiator installation was tidy and efficient, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was the painting. He was very careful, protected all the floors and furniture, and the finish is fantastic. It's great to find a tradesperson who can handle both the technical work and the decorating so seamlessly. He was professional, hardworking,
