We recently used Yusuf to install a brand new boiler at one of the properties managed by Link Estates, where we oversee a portfolio of over 700 properties, and we were extremely pleased with the service. He was professional, reliable, and completed the installation to a very high standard. Everything was carried out efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the property was left clean and tidy afterwards.
What really stood out was that he also secured us a fantastic 10-year warranty on the new boiler, which gives us great peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. On behalf of Link Estates, we would highly recommend Yusuf to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber or heating engineer.

Professional, honest and always helpful
As an Air BnB co-host, I contacted Phoenix HPR over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with a boiler emergency.Yusuf, who represents this company, has arrived in a record time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to give us different options as how to treat the faulty boiler, keeping in mind both the cost as well as longevity. His “no nonsense” approach is refreshing. You can tell that he cares about his customers beyond just handing out an invoice. In simplest term - he wants to do an honest job. This isn’t always the case in this field so to find a gem like Phoenix is quite rare. We will definitely come back to Yusuf for all our plumbing & heating needs.

Yusuf was polite & courteous.
Cut the existing kitchen worktop to the size of the new hob & very pleased with the work.

Yusuf did a great job on our boiler and solar water. The first installer made a complete mess of it and after Vaillant came around we got Yusuf to do all the work and he got everything working correctly again on what is a complex system

Excellent service from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with no mess left behind.

Emergency response and one point solution
