Outstanding bill due to bereavement
Due to a bereavement there was an outstanding utilities bill we were unaware of. Malcolm( cant rember his name sorry) Was very helpful, explained the options, next steps etc. He was compassionate and took his time. Nothing was rushed to sort out the issue. No 'bully-boy' tactics. Felt very relieved with his advice

Emailing my 25 year old deceased son’s personal email address (after suicide three months ago) chasing a debt is just the sickest thing imaginable for our grieving family - may you (eventually) rot in hell with your appalling business model that places financial gain over any kind of human decency

Bereavement
This interaction with this company was regarding my late wife so could have been very uncomfortable. However I was looked after by Ilyana who is an absolute credit to this organisation. She was professional, friendly and very thoughtful for the conversation we were having. We got everything sorted very quickly and easily and she showed real depth in how much she cared. Thoroughly recommend this company and Ilyana

Help at difficult times
