I spoke to a lovely agent, I believe Steven, he was incredibly polite and helpful, made sure that I understood everything and was very reassuring. Thank you for putting me at ease!

Amazing Customer Service

The lady who assisted me was kind, empathetic, and professional. Gave additional advice on services which are available. She was so lovely which made this process more bearable given my situation is still very raw. Amazing young lady.

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would! I had already left a bad review a couple of months ago and now here’s another one. Almost feel harassed by these people chasing 2 small card debts of my deceased father who passed away not even 5 months ago. Due to complexities, I don’t yet have probate as it can’t be applied for currently. I told them this in an email, told them to refrain from sending more correspondence and I would be in touch once I have probate and can pay the outstanding debt. They sent more than a couple letters by this point. Today I had a phone call from them asking when this will be paid, needless to say the person on the phone got me at the worst time and experienced my utter disgust. It was only at the end of the call he apologised for my loss. Couldn’t care less about those grieving and dealing with a big responsibility.

We fully appreciate that probate takes time, especially when dealing with the loss of your Father and we are always happy to move at the pace which the estate permits.
