Vile company harrassing a widow. 3 months weve been waiting for these people to collect a HP car from Oodle finance as the purchaser died. These people in concert with Oodle finance have made the widows life a misery, tried to make her pay what she doesnt have to and two months after making a formal complaint to them no respons, its now nearly 4 months since John died and the car is still sat outside the widows house reminding her every day that her husband died.. this companies actions have been deceitful, dishonest and disrespectfull to such a degree they should be ashamed of themselves, each and every employee. You are a disgrace.

I was contacted on two separate occasions, both female operators were very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. They fully explained the reason for the call which I appreciated, they were there to help and that they did. I haven't named them for privacy reasons, but I hope my positive experience will be passed on to Management and they will be commended. The first call was received on Monday 07th August, I made a call back on either the Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week if that helps to identify these two lovely young ladies 😊

All the initial hallmarks of this encounter said "Scam", In order to progress they wanted me to answer questions giving personal details, just like a scammer. I provided my name and their reference number and askedthem to confirm my address which I knew they had incorrectly filed. The agent was helpful but constrained by "out of date" procedures
This is a different world now ! Keeping personal information safe works BOTH ways now.
