Received today phone calls regarding outstanding debt for my passed daughter 3 months ago and , advisers in the phone line was very helpful sorting out the issue

I lost my wife recently I'm in a lot of pain losing her so early in life. She like many of us had loans that was unpaid due dieing this company contract me about the them. They made it a pain free ordeal I would recommend them to anyone. The person who dealt with me put me at easy from the outset at such a painful time.

Compassionate in speaking to me. As someone who lost a dear friend due to cancer 11 months ago, the agent who called me tonight explained for the reason of this late call and told me the claim and account is now closed. I've spoken to two different people from the company and both times they were very understanding and patient and polite, even if I wasn't.

I found the advisors to be very helpful and compassionate while helping me deal with my late father’s debts. I have never felt pressure from them to pay his debts asap. In fact the exact opposite! Told me to take my time with probate and they will check in again to see how I am progressing. Overall I have had a great experience with them so far.
