Nobody to talk to but AI bot that goes in circles and never helps you. Did not make the guaranteed calls I paid for or did anything except take my money

I do wish I had checked here before using the service, the AI works until it comes time to file the documents, at which point nothing happens, no human will ever contact you and the AI does not seem to be able to actually do much.

It's been a month since it attempted to file and nothing has happened. It's a scam.

I am specifically leaving this review for the founder/founding engineer Larry E. who gave the worst service. After his business took my money and failed to file my case in court, he responded saying he would help out and then continued to ignore my responses. This company takes your money and runs away with it, failing to provide services. Funny enough, I will be filing a small claim for this company to get my money back that they took from me (exactly the service that they are trying to sell). This company is fraudalent, poorly run, and it's a new business that fails to treat its new users well. The founder is active on LinkedIn and fails to respond to me despite having initial responses, and the customer service in the email and chat fail to respond and give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The leadership is poor and they don't know how to run a trustworthy and ethical business.

Doesn't work; they'll only take your money to send a demand letter. They'll never file in court for you

this is not a legit business. it is run on GoDaddy with the ownership as "private" no legit business would do this. it screams fraud. I would not recommend this business. no human works there. youre taking a gamble w your money. I'm considering suing them 😟

If the first time you submit the case, the tools works, all good. But for the the cases that dont work, there is NON customer service, so they dont deliver what they promise.

It could be a great product, they just lack of a more sticky product toa void bugs and customer service

The service I was sold and the service I received were two completely different things. The letters were sent were actually just emails and the calls that were made were all automated. When it came time to file my court documents everything came to a grinding halt. No communication from the company. No response and no one answers the phone there. The helpline is all automated. It was supposed to take 2 to 5 days to generate my final court documents. It's been over a month with no response from them and no court documents. I have wasted time and money and now have to start the process over.

I elected to get the $49 option and everything seemed to be going along fine until it came time to file. I selected the file in court button compelted the authorization. It says 2-5 buisiness days to prepare documetns tghat was over 3 weeks ago. I have kept my computer online trying to reach support but have never been contacted back by a human as promised. I do not feel like this is a legitimate company and they have definitely not provided the service they promised to provide, nor have they been reachable in over a month now. I think this is a site that leveraged Ai to show they were able to provide a service that they in fact can not and do not provide. I have not heard of one instance where the court filing has actually happened! BEWARE NO HUMANS WILL EVER CONTACT YOU BACK AS PROMISED. Onvce you get to filing phase all work stops as well as all communications!

Ok my court papers are still in limbo and all Zoey the AI bot says she will get me a human and no one responds. I have been on chat with her for two days and sent 11 emails and nothing.
I need help ASAP - is there a real person to help as I am so frustrated.

Please run , I beg you please save yourself the insane amount of frustration and run. Im pretty sure this whole website is a complete scam. No one works here and everyone you talk to is a an AI bot. The site will generate and AI written demand letter which you can do yourself in chatgpt, and after the 14 days period of them sending the demand letter. The button to file was broken on the website. How can something so important be broken? I tried for days upon days to talk to support, their phone number is just AI bot that takes messages, their chat is just AI telling you that they will escalate . Zero responses, zero . Every single day was messaging them trying to get an answer and it's just talking to AI in circles. They will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you. As a business owner its my duty to tell other business owners, if you think your stressed even considering a small claims suit, trust me this website and this company will make things 10 times worse. You are going to want to rip your hair out and smash your computer. Stay away from this company stay as far away as possible. Worst experience ever.

I’m really disappointed with this company. On March 11, I paid the full amount for the larger package and they have taken forever to do anything. They never filed the court papers and they finally told me that they were having some kind of a problem with their system and that they didn’t know when the court papers would be filed and they offered me a refund that was almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received a refund and they haven’t been responding to my emails. So basically they wasted almost 6 weeks of my time when I could’ve just done this on my own and they charged me the full price. Their service is supposed to be helping people who are already in a frustrating situation but they just made everything worse for me. Now petty lawsuit owes me money and I have to deal with the bank and file paperwork to get that back.. what a joke.

It works if you don’t need to file in court. The process is stalled on their end and I’m starting to believe there are no humans that work there. The ai chatbots continue to promise human interaction in the next hour or 24 hours but nobody ever responds.

Update:
A month and a half later and the first communication I get is a form email explaining that they now have people working for them.

There’s no “making right” taking people’s money and ghosting for a month and a half.

I paid for a service that was supposed to help me file a case, and instead I got delays, missed deadlines, and constant empty promises. I was told multiple times I would receive updates—those updates never came. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information.

After all this time, my case STILL wasn’t even filed. Let that sink in.

The communication is terrible, the timelines mean nothing, and the entire process felt misleading from start to finish. I trusted this service to handle something important, and they completely dropped the ball.

Save yourself the frustration and go file on your own—you’ll probably get it done faster.

This is a scam. I opened an account and paid $49 and discovered this is a useless service because it is not flexible to choose what service you need. There are things that I have already done and it wants to make me to it again. Plus there is zero customer service and NO ONE ABSALOUTELY CARES that you write emails and chat and ask for help this is 100% AI based and if you eat the hook and open an account you cannot do anything. The delete account button doesn't work no one cares.

I began this process on February 5,2026 and have yet to get a response from a human regarding an update. According to my dashboard, they've sent 6 emails, to which no reply has ever been received. It shows they've attempted to call 11 times with 3 calls leaving messages. What's frustrating is, I received an email from petty that an agent had spoken with the defendant in 3 occasions, verified it was the defendant, and discussed the demand letter. Come to find out, they've never spoken to anyone based on the transcript from the calls. My dashboard stats that I'm ready to file, since it's been well over the amount of time allowed for a response, but I can't even access the file case button. When I reached out to support, Zoey, the AI bot, responded saying the 14 day waiting period had passed; however, it could see from case data that my court documents hadn't been generated, which suggests there may be a technical issue. It then told me I would need a human agent. I requested the human agent and received a response from Luke; which may also be an AI bot. Like stated that he could see my case was stuck at demand_ready, even though the demand letter was delivered. He stated that he would escalate this to the team so that my case status would be corrected. He said he would follow up once fixed. This was on March 24. On March 31st, I reached out because I hadn't had any updates. Again Luke responded with the same thing I was told on the 24th. It is now April 15th, and I still haven't heard anything. At this point, I could have figured out how to do a small claims case on my own. Everyone is using AI to do the jobs of humans, but it's causing lots of frustration among us humans that have paid real money and can't speak to a real agent. Some things aren't meant for AI.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Pettylawsuit was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

No Real Human Support — Just AI Smoke and Mirrors

The biggest red flag with this platform is that there is zero real human support. Every time I reached out with a question or concern, I received a generic AI-generated response promising that "someone will get back to you" — and that someone never did. For a service that charges real money, the least they can do is employ a real person to address real problems. If I wanted to deal with an AI, I would have used ChatGPT — for free.

Fraudulent Case Reporting

This is where things went from bad to outright dishonest. I filed two separate cases, and in both instances, I discovered that their reports claimed they had spoken with and discussed the case with someone — except they were emailing a no-reply address and calling a general messaging line that nobody answers. How can you document a conversation that never happened? That's not a clerical error; that's a fabrication, and it directly impacts the integrity of my legal filings.

Missed Deadlines with No Accountability

I was told documents would be ready within 24–72 hours. It has now been well over a week, and my case is still stuck at the "file for court" stage with no update, no explanation, and no resolution in sight. When legal timelines are involved, delays like this aren't just inconvenient — they can be genuinely harmful to your case.

The Owner Responds to Reviews But Not to Paying Customers

I found it telling that the owner has time to respond to every online bad-review, yet cannot manage to respond to the customers who are actively paying for his service. One has to wonder: is the business so overwhelmed — or so understaffed — that the owner is personally scrambling to do damage control online while real cases go ignored?

This platform presents itself as a smart, AI-powered legal solution, but in practice it's an expensive disappointment with no transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful human oversight. Don't let the professional website fool you. Save your money, use a free tool like ChatGPT to guide yourself through the small claims process, and avoid the stress of chasing down a service that simply doesn't deliver what it promises.

Do not use Pettylawsuit. You will lose your money and gain nothing but frustration.

I paid $30 for them to send the demand letter to the company that I am currently trying to sue. They did their "emails" and "calls" and when the 2 week wait was over to file the paperwork to proceed with small claims court, the first issue was it would not let me sign my documents in the portal, I tried numerous times but nothing. "Zoey" is just a bot, not an actual person. "Zoey" sent a docusign to my email, which I signed on 1/31/26 (not to mention, they missed spelled the company name that I was suing and when I pointed it out, she said that she would fix it on the official paperwork when they proceed with the filing). I then paid $200 for a processing fee and filing fee on 2/11/26 (I had to wait till I got paid). I paid the fee and "Zoey" said they will file. It is now 3/4/26 and I have been reaching out to get an update on my case as I have hear nothing back. I reached out to "zoey" and she shows in my portal that the 14 days is up and that I can file my case (after signing the docusign, they never updated my case info in the portal to reflect that I signed the agreement and paid the fee. I requested an update from support to speak with a live agent. "Zoey" said she would connect me with someone and typical response times are less than 2 hours... that was 2 business days ago... NO ONE messaged me. I have emailed the founder Larry, "Zoey" and their support email for updates.... CRICKETS. I went back to the portal, I now have 4 different conversations saying that she will be "expediting" the issue for someone to contact me and NO ONE HAS. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE PETTYLAWSUIT. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.

Since for some reason, I am not able to respond to Larry's comments on my review, I will leave it here.

The $200 break down is as follows:

1. Court Filing Fee - $50
2. Serve defendant Fee - $150

Which was paid just a few short days of a month ago.

I find it very interesting that out of the MULTIPLE times that I have reached out for updates the past few dates, I get nowhere. All of a sudden now that I am leaving a review for everyone to know of the experience I have been having, you're very quick to jump on this.

Regarding "emailing" you with my case number and prioritizing it, I have. I have emailed you about 3 or 4 times INCLUDING "Zoey" AND your "support" team.

This "Zoey" character has finally provided me with an update maybe an hour or so ago and this was her response after I demanded a refund of my $200 for no one responding.

"Hello Anthony we see that you paid to submit to filing Febuary 11th. Which means this wasnt with your court until Febuary 19th (after presidents day) so we need to check for a case number. If they kick back the filing we have zero issue refunding you as we dont charge extra for filing and that would strictly be your state ourt fee and Process Server."

I have demanded an update by this coming friday 3/6/26 as to what is going on with my case.

Larry, please check your email as I am sure you will see the emails that I have sent you.

I would also like to note that my review was flagged for "defamatory" and had to be reviewed. Unsure as to why me sharing my experience is considered "defamatory?"

Hopefully we can move past this and I can actually get my court case filed as that is what I paid $200 for...

Once resolved, I can edit my review for the FULL experience and not just want I have experienced so far...
