The company is a scam, the customer service is non existent. I tried to contact thru email, chat, social media and phone and no answer or replies. They took my money and ghosted me. It’s a scsm

This platform leaves a lot to be desired. Paid my $178 for court filings on 6/15/26. Said that it should take approximately 2 weeks.

On 6/26 I requested a status. No response.

On 7/1 I requested status again. No response.

On 7/5 I requested status again. You guessed it. No response.

The chatbot just tells me I’ll get a response in 24 hours. But I don’t get a response.

PettyLawsuit is just as bad as the company I’m attempting to file suit against.

Update they're trying to claim that somebody has reached out to me by email. They have not. A human being has never reached out to me all they do is send AI Bots to lie to you and tell you that they're working on things. They did not do any of the things that they promised they would do that I paid for and then they ignored me for almost a month when I asked for a refund. This fake person responding Here Is Not a Human Being it is an AI bot . Nobody has reached out to me I have filed chargebacks with my bank and I will be filing reports with the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Attorney General because this is a scam and they are literally stealing from people who are asking for help second update is that they did in fact have their AI chatbot garbage contact me trying to make excuses about why they failed to do the thing I paid them to do. Still no reconciliation or refund which is the only acceptable solution to stealing someone's money and not providing a service that you say you provide. This company is a scam no human beings will ever actually contact you it's only AI they will constantly try to Gaslight you and make excuses for why they failed at the thing they promise to do and blame you for it. I have filed a charge back with my credit union I have filed reports of the Federal Trade Commission and the attorney general and at this point I will be initiating a class action lawsuit with anyone else who has had this experience with this company please contact me directly at Naturalbalancenw at Gmail dot com

This company is a scam. They offer to assist you in sending a demand letter and filing small claims court proceedings. But they won't actually do what they claim. The letter doesn't get sent and then they start ignoring you and refuse to give you a refund for the service you paid for that they did not provide. They use Ai and no human beings in their customer service. It is 100% a scam company

This will be my final update. This company continues to lie, claiming that things were done that we're not. People have confirmed they did not receive the letters that this company is claiming they sent and confirmed as receipt so they're just blatantly lying. They will also blatantly lie to you about everything else. They will refuse a refund even though they have not done the thing they were paid to do and they will have ai Bots email you instead of a human being while trying to Gaslight you into thinking that you're wrong when you are not. Do not use this fake scam company for any reason. You can get a template for a letter and send it certified mail yourself, you can use AI to help you write the letter but do not pay this company to do anything because they won't do it. They will take your money and do nothing but lie to you

I signed and PAID PettyLawsuit for six cases a month ago, and nothing has happened. It is distressing that I fronted them so much money, for them to hold in trust, and they are effectively just keeping it rather than using it to file the cases. I got a response from "Justin" that I think was for another customer because it bore no resemblance to my account. I'm not sure what to do next. File a PettyLawsuit against PettyLawsuit?

This company is a scam. The case has been hanging for several weeks with no progress. It's impossible to contact them; I've written to them in chat and email, but they're simply ignoring me.

Poor site. Has a great promise and you think it'll be fantastic. But it is not - it is really junk and they do not respond via customer service or support you. The site is buggy and doesn't work.

This service sucks. Wrote a demand letter and then got stuck on "Court forms being prepared" for weeks. There are no humans to help customers. If you get stuck, there is absolutely nothing you can do.

This company is a literal scam. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and I recommend you do also. They don't provide the services they advertise, take payment, and stop responding.

I subscribed to Petty Lawsuit yesterday and requested a cancellation and refund just a few hours later because the service did not meet my needs. I am still within the applicable refund period.

Unfortunately, so far I've only received AI-generated responses and have not yet been able to reach a human representative to process my request. I hope the team reviews my case promptly and honors their refund policy.

I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

Update (22nd June 2026): Since posting this review, I have continued attempting to resolve this matter directly. I emailed the contact provided to me and followed up regarding my refund request. As of today, I have still not received a response or my refund.

Great Company No Issues. They Answer as Fast as they can. they may Be Small but for a VIP Pro Se Fighter like me who wins more cases then anyone and scares people legally and rights wrongs. I make a Good Fight but need a Good Wife.

I paid and filed a case on pettylawsiut and I didn't hear anything back so I contacted them on there website and all I can ever get is there not Zoey I tried to contact them though email and it said they refused, now it's been 61 days and I have heard nothing, and you can't talk to anyone but there bots who repeat the same thing over and over, this is nothing but a scam,they find people who have been scammed and turn around and scam them again,now I feel like I need to find some way to take pettylawsiut to small claim court,all they did for me was take my money and scammed me again

What a rip off! Filed the claim and paid the $40 and now 72 days after, when contacting this illustrious bag of poop company, they said it may take longer. Sent 5 emails and also "chat" multiple times with no call back. Pure thievery

After emailing the company as requested by the representative who responded to this review, I haven't received any reply.

They still owe me a refund of $195.

🛑 Use caution with this company. They did well for my case creation, demand letters, and phone calls.

However, after I paid approx $180 for case filing and process serving... they disappeared.

When I requested my refund, their client support "Zoey" system just looped me into a communication nightmare.

They kept my money, never served the docs or filed with the courts as promised.

I paid for the service which included the filing of a small claim in the State of Nevada. Tried to contact someone regarding why it had not been filed. Their AI representative kept saying that a live person would come into the chat each time I logged in, numerous times I sat and waited for someone to respond each time! I sent emails got AI automated responses! The company is a scam! One one call the AI response was to tell me to contact my credit card company since the case still hadn’t been filed after was two months of waiting!

I can't reach out the customer service. No response for emails, chats or phone calls. No human. Only useless chatbot. I paid for top tier but doesn't do anything that promised. Waste of time and money.

UPDATE!!
Totally SCAMM. I paid $49, but they never made the "Voice of Justice calls them for you" call. They never gave a call. I sent multiple emails for them to do that because I paid for the top-tier package, but they didn't care. I had been writing to them in chat and email to prepare court papers, but it's been a month since the deadline ended, and there has been no response at all. They keep giving auto responses like a chatbot.Continually closed his ears no matter how many times I asked for a refund. Pretended like he had never seen those emails and messages.

Now they are asking for another $49 under the court filing fee section. Unbelievable!! Justin is a real SCAMMER! He must be sued. Stay away from this platform. They tried to charge me $219 for just a $20 small claims court fee. Insane!

After a month, they filed one piece of paper that is completely wrong! I wrote to them multiple times that the claim amount was $10k, and even that is not correct. Skip them. F** Petty!!

It should be called pettylegalscam. It is a completely waste of resources like time and money. It will not help at all with the basic legal procedures like contacting the defendant. Of course if you want to waste your money the chatbot can help you on that. The other part is an auto dealership and the chatbot have been telling me that the defendant received a call from pettylawsuit at 10:30 pm. Who call a dealership at such a time? Be aware!!!

This company does not seem to be operated by humans. Based on my experience, I am convinced that the business relies entirely on AI agents to manage its operations.

On April 27, I filed a case through the company’s website and created a demand letter, which was subsequently sent by email. I also opted for the additional service of having the demand letter delivered by a process server. As of May 26, 2026, the status still indicates, “We're preparing your process server delivery. You'll see updates here once a server is assigned.” This delivery has not yet been completed. However, the USPS delivery, which was included as part of the standard package, appears to have been carried out.

The defendant failed to respond to the demand letter by the deadline of May 11. Following this, I moved forward by clicking the “file in court” button. The system processed my request over several days, and on May 15, I paid all required fees, including an additional fee for the process server service. According to information on the website, the company was expected to file in court within three to five business days after May 15.

The customer service experience is a mirage. On May 24, I initiated a chat on the website because there was no contact form available. An AI bot named Zoey responded to my inquiry. After providing my case number and expressing concern about the delay, Zoey assured me that a human agent would respond within two hours. It has now been over 48 hours, and I have not received any response. I also received an automated email from Zoey, which I replied to—copying larry@ the domain name—emphasizing that I was still waiting for a human agent to contact me. Since then, nothing has happened.

I am extremely disappointed with the company’s service. I initially sought assistance from the website because I had been cheated by a contractor. Now, it feels as though I am being cheated again by the service that was supposed to help me seek justice, especially after paying for additional services.

Awesome, made the claim, got answer and claim was resolved in few days. Love it

founder is a scammer, promised some crypto thing and just took all the money and never filled his promise. stay away from this company.

OMG I was thrilled at first but then once they get your money BAM you hear nothing but lies and one employee even agreed with me that my case has been stalled for way to long and he would have it pushed thru by Monday or I'll get a refund....... Neither has happened. Nobody replies now that I have really started complaining. I'm gonna have to sue the company that was supposed to help me sue. Wtf? Stay away from this company!! SCAM
