I read reviews and decided to not continue and risk losing the $200 filing fee they ask for, to go through what I already went through as to the reason I was trying to file and be scammed out of additional monies by these guys wasn't worth it in the end

I have a case with them and it has gone nowhere. They don’t respond to support chat, emails (yes Charelle I have emailed you too with no response) IMO this is a scam. They take your money and run. With all of the complaints in here I am going to be contacting the State of Florida AG’a office to file a complaint

I have paid to have my case filed and although the payment initially showed on my portal, it changed back to indicating I owe the full balance. Although customer service assured me the error would be corrected nothing has changed. I spent $250 dollars and I can’t even access my documents because only the balance shows up when I log in.

I have been trying to get support for weeks to avail. They do not respond through any support channel. They have not been emailing the correct address and they are attempting to file in the wrong state’s SCC.

Filed a claim, got assisted, and got paid. Too easy.

Pettylawsuit.com is a scam all good until it’s time to file with the courts I paid for the demand letter and Supposedly it was sent then I paid for them to file with the courts it’s been three weeks and nothing I’ve sent several emails to them and nothing I’m going to dispute the charges because this website is a scam DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

THIS SITE IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM - I'm trying to see if I can get my money back, I have no idea what's going on - there's literally nobody to contact and I legitimately have no idea if they even fulfilled the service I paid for. This should absolutely be shut down. The legal system is already so hard to navigate, a legitimate functioning business that did this would be a HUGE GAME CHANGER - IDK why they're scamming people when it's a legit actual good idea they could make happen and help a lot of people. This whole responses on this site with different "agents" posting the same responses is probably also AI - this should constitute as Fraud and they should serve jail time for this honestly

I thought for a long time about whether or not to pursue legal action. Is it worth the time, is it worth the money, is it worth the headache that typically accompanies filing lawsuits? Finally I decided to initiate 2 lawsuits. I came upon Petty Lawsuits website by doing a simple Google search when researching how to file a small claims lawsuit in my state. The website was very easy to use. It provides guidance every step of the way. Uploading evidence, stating my side of the case, it was not difficult at all. Certainly time consuming, still worth it with how the website organizes everything. I was lucky that both of my suits never made it to court. The matter was settled during the initial phase of sending demand letters, making phone calls...etc. I was even emailed by a real person as a follow up to one of my cases ensuring she had reviewed my documents personally and assured me everything looked good. I would definitely recommend this company. Hopefully I will never be in a situation like this in the future, if I am I would use Petty Lawsuits again.

As many have said, it can generate a great demand letter and do follow up but when it comes to filing any actual court documents there seems to be no action despite paying extensive filing fees through the platform. After over a month of dealing with the AI chatbot I finally had a person email me that for one of my two cases, they had charged me filing fees but no longer had my signature on the document and I needed to re sign? Still waiting for either cases to actually file over 40 days after starting this process

took 2 weeks from submission to "ready to file" pending contact info verification. A month later I ask for a refund as nothing is happening with my case.

A week later I ask for a refund again, no response.
3 weeks later still no response or refund.
3 more weeks no response or refund.
2 more weeks no response or refund.
At this point I am spamming their customer service for a refund and still nothing.
This is literally a scam.

I am very disappointed with the handling of my recent shipment. The documents were scheduled to be delivered to the California address I provided by **July 17**, with a final deadline of **July 23**. However, according to the tracking information, the package was never delivered to the correct address and is currently in **New York**.

Because of this delivery failure, an important deadline has been missed. I should not be expected to pay for another shipment when the original delivery was not completed as agreed. I hope the company will take responsibility for this mistake and provide a fair resolution without any additional cost to me.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect better service and a prompt resolution.

Do not use this service, once it gets ready for filing in court, it gets stuck or frozen nothing happens

What a waste of money and a lot of time! The company never followed their promises, never sent out any forms they claimed that they were sending and then asked for filing fees to only NOT ever file the court documents.

2 more weeks later and still no reply. They read the chat and don’t respond. Do NOT do business with these crooks!

Just wondering if humans really work here! I paid for my stuff to be filled in court and nothing. I called and get a bot. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general office asap! This is a wonderful ideal but humans need to be present to run the company! It’s a shame to pay for services because you get scammed by a contractor and then turn right a round and get scammed by a company claiming to help! Shame on it all! The customer service sucks!

Due to the fact it took entirely too long to get a resolution, I filed the paperwork with the court myself. After constantly getting the chat bot for obtaining a refund I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. The experience was spot on until you need to file a court case, then it’s in limbo land.

I am very disappointed with their service. I paid for their service, the A.I generated the demand letter template and filled it with conflicting figures and even grammatical errors. When the defendant replied, I sent a message to them regarding the reply and they said I have to carry on the process on my own after days of waiting for the human support. After the 14-day period passed, they asked me to authorize them to file in court. It's been two weeks now and the page has remained unresponsive claiming ''preparing court documents". All efforts to reach them to know what's going on has not worked and it's just a wasted time, efforts and resources.

Either work on your services in general or you will lose clients in the long run

They take your money and your case will forever sit there
Support is non-existent and "Justin" whoever he is, will not get back to you.

Just call the cops and go the local court house yourself.

Report these idiots too for taking your money and giving a fake promise while you're there.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE!!! I cannot stress this enough. They wrapped a product around AI and anytime a human needs to be involved it breaks down and you go weeks without hearing a word. Do not recommend!!
