Very safe litter box for my kitty. Easy to maintains clean and change out the bags. Have had no issues with it besides a little bit of connection issues but those are negligible and happened a long time ago. Very happy with my purchase

My Purrtek self cleaning litter box (light model) stopped working after a year. The rake wouldn't retract. I contacted Petcove's customer service about the issue. After trying a few things suggested by Butch (my customer service rep) that didn't fix the problem and since it has a lifetime warranty, he processed a replacement unit for me. It arrived within 3 days. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for replacing my litter box so quickly and without a hassle. Excellent customer service!!!

I was so thrilled with the service that I called my family members and told them about the great service I received. One of them will be purchasing a self cleaning litter box in the near future. They were wondering about their choices and now they know. I’m 100% satisfied.

I love this company they back up their products 100 percent, and they are very helpful and following up with troubleshooting the litter box.

The litter box is so easy to set up and use. It's very quiet and my cats started using it immediately. There was a problem with the delivery and the box was damaged. The customer service representative was very professional and kind. She arranged for a new litter box to be delivered the next day. Can't say enough good things about this company or box.

We had a warranty claim due to a part needing to be replaced. Petcove customer service was great to work with and resolved my issue quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure my customer experience was good. I hardly ever write reviews but their attention to detail and prompt communication warranted recognition. I purchased an automatic litter box and unfortunately it stopped working shortly after receiving it. I contacted customer service and Butch responded immediately, resolving the issue. I am giving 5 stars based on the amazing customer service I received and the attention to helping me resolve the issue asap!

Our rake for the PurrTek Light became misaligned with the unit and wasnt able to work properly. Customer support was very easy to work. They were easy to reach support staff without jumping through hoops with automated and was able to continue getting support via text messages after initial call. They only required me to describe the problem and send photos of the issue and resolved the problem by sending a new unit without going through the “have you tried”
this troubleshooting routine. They were always responsive and prompt . One the best customer support experiences I’ve encountered!

Held off getting an automatic litter box for quite some time. When I finally decided to I chose this one based on the reviews. I’m so glad I did. Totally worth it. Both cats had no problem transitioning and one is 15 years old. Had a question about which litter to use and customer service was amazing.

Great product, very happy with it.

I was excited to try Petcoveshop as they are a sister company to LifePro and I have been using their products for years. Lifepro products have always been very well made and exceptional customer service. Petcoveshop continues that. We bought a litter box for our cats that replaced a much more expensive one. It solved all the problems we were having with other plastic enclosed boxes and the expensive automated one. This is all due to the superior design and materials used. I am looking forward to seeing what else they come out with as we have 3 cats and are always looking to make their lives better with us.

We got the PurrTek Max Self-Cleaning Litter Box and have been loving it. The cats took to it in no time. The app has been very helpful. It tells you how often the cat uses the litter box and for how long. It also sends you reminders when to change the deodorizer.
They stand behind their products as well so I have no doubt that the Petcove litter box will last a very long time!

I have 3 cats and having this has been so helpful! It was very easy to set up, was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It comes with an extra sifter which I thought was nice. It was easy to connect with the app. My cats were curious and I did a slow transition to make sure they got used to the automated features. Initially I only used the manual cleaning option as they got used to it. It cleans really well and collects all the waste in a bin for easy disposal. I have arthritis in my hands so this really has made my life much better.

I have has occasion to speak with customer support twice and both times the response was quick and friendly, while maintaining professionalism.
The self cleaning litter box works very well, too.
10/10 would recommend

This company really seems to go the extra mile. Any interactions I had with them were great and they always respond quickly. I also see them consistently answering questions on their Facebook page which is nice.

Excellent product quality and communication! I would definitely buy from them again!

10/19/2024: Futuristic design, convenient cleaning once you get past the learning curve (1-week of use). Cat took a few days to get acclimated as well. Gives you insight into your cat’s habits via the app. Larger cats may have more trouble than medium/small cats. Would recommend for 1 cat, not multiple. Make sure waste bag is tightly secured around cleaning opening, otherwise litter can escape and make a mess. App not always accurate and may take time to register when the cat uses the box. Over all I would recommend.

Update 5/21/2025: It’s still working well and our cat has adjusted well to it. Really likes getting app updates.

Overall 4.5 but rounding up to 5 stars for the great customer service. I bought an automatic cleaning litter box from PetCove and it’s been almost terrific. I just wish it had a liner to make it easier for deep cleaning/sanitizing. PetCove customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with the waste collector liners and they pointed me in the right direction. The friendly and fast response made me feel that if a more serious issue came up, they would be able to handle it. Looking forward to other great products from this brand.
