I did not like the fit or material . Was not aware of the poor return policy. Would not order from them again,

BOGUS WEBSITE!!! DO NOT buy anything from here, they steal your money and there is no way to contact them.
I purchased two dresses a month ago with the promise that they would be here in 7-10 days and I'm still waiting.
I wish I could give them O stars but I had to give one in order to write this review. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SHOP A REAL WEBSITE!!

Cannot contact customer service. Email bounced back

This company is a scam. I purchased three dresses and one of them (the only one I actually needed for an upcoming event) was cancelled from the order after the order had shipped. Even worse, BOTH products I received had defects. The zipper was broken on one of the dresses and the second dress had a large stain (maybe makeup?) on it that I'm pretty sure will not come out in the wash. But even if it does come out, I don't want a stained used product I paid over $40 for. When I tried to request a return/refund, they had the audacity to ask me to keep the items in return for $25 refund. When I said no, I wanted a full refund and I am willing to send the items back, they asked me to keep the items and offered a $75 gift card I could use for a future order. My order was $81.50 WITHOUT the shipping fee so how is that a reasonable compensation? Terrible customer service and they will do ANYTHING not to give you back your money. Do NOT buy anything from here.

I love the photgraphs on the website and the idea of a modest fashion brand. I think the return process was slow compared to other fashion websites. I would pay more for better quality clothing.

Awful return policy... seriously, not worth buying anything from this company. I regret it. I bought one dress and it was way too long (I'm 5'5, so I'm average height)...dragging along the floor too long. See their return policy below. Honestly, for a company that supposedly caters to women, they have no idea what kind of daily experiences women have. Why should I, in addition to my busy life with children and work and housekeeping, also do a part time job of returning clothes to them? Also, how dare these people suggest that if I don't follow their 50 different instructions exactly, they may not refund my money? Don't they know that we buy clothes online for the convenience and this is anything but convenient? I shop online so I can avoid dragging the kids through a department store and into the dressing room with me, why would I want to drag my kids to the post office and wait in a long line, etc. just to ship it back? Even if they made me pay for shipping it back, the LEAST they could do is provide a printable shipping label so I can do it at home.
So after all this work I'm doing to ship it back to them, they may not even give me my money back? Are you kidding me? Also they say you can return within 30 days of receiving the package, but apparently you have to provide them with a tracking number 7 days after in order to qualify for a refund... so I don't have 30 days, I have 7 days. Like, Petallush, what even is this?

1. We gladly accept unworn, undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package). Please note that your returned product/s is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse. Once the returned item/s has been detected as used or worn, we cannot issue a refund for it.
2. We currently are unable to offer free returns service, so the return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of the item/s you returned (not including the original shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So, to ensure a successful return, please return via a standard shipping service that provides tracking number/ service.

Goods still not received. When I email them they keep sending me different tracking information - one said goods delivered, 2nd says in country and 3rd says in transit. I won't be purchasing from this site again - hopeless.

Disgusting returns policy. I purchased 3 dresses from the UK site. I am keeping 1 but want to return 2 as they do not fit. I am happy to pay for the return which from their UK website you assume you return to a UK address. This is not the case and not made clear. You have to return to New York USA which will cost in access of £20. Ridiculous

Ordered a dress and it turned up completely different fit wise to the picture. The quality was very poor. Have asked for a refund and over two weeks later still waiting for a reply. I’ve chased fl several times and still nothing. Don’t risk ordering anything from them.

Ordered something. No confirmation email. I checked spam and everything. Their query form does not work. Emails bounced back. They don't reply to facebook messages.
