Wanted to return purchase’s due to not fitting and no one responding. I originally said that they did not fit and then they wanted more information, then they wanted more details on why they didn’t fit. They continue to play a game for the past 2 weeks and I have emailed them 5 times and still no response. Next it will be too late to return the stuff. Never again. You have to email them to get a return label that you have to pay for. It’s horrible service

Do not buy anything from this company. They try to scam you. No confirmation emails. They will not let you return anything and they are super shady. They will barter with you back and forth instead of “authorizing” to let you return your items. And then they will not refund your money. Get this company GONE. They just suck.

The clothes are represented incorrectly and are actually all cheap Chinese made clothes. The sizing is completely off and returning the clothes has been a nightmare. First, they tried to negotiate with me by offering a portion of the price back if I just keep the clothes. After I told them no 3 times, they finally let me send them back but over a month after they received those items I still have no refund....

This is the reason why we should use credit card for purchases like this. I am in US and scammed by Petallush. I reported to the credit card company and they immediately froze the payments to Petallush while waiting for them to provide a return address. That is the power of using a credit card.

I am not going to entertain the emailing back and forth. Take control. Freeze the fund.

This company is from China, and they are not reputable. I emailed to request a return/refund for the items, but after a slow response, they offered me a partial refund and wanted me to keep the things. When I initially refused, they increased the amount they would refund to $50. I agreed to do it, thinking this was the best I would get, but they never issued any amount.

Everything others said about trying to return items was the same experience for me.
Offered a partial refund to keep the clothes or pay to send them back and wait for a refund.
The partial refund never showed up in my account and they don’t care.
Just responded that I should check with my bank.
I have asked them for proof the refund was sent but, don’t expect much….this is clearly NOT a reputable company.
No phone… only email communication. There is a reason for that… Do not buy from them! I sure won’t ever again!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! RUN! This is a bloody scammer. No info was given on the website that the return address is in the USA and they don't offer full refund! BAD quality product as well. GIVE MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMER! YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!

I should have read these reviews before ordering !!! So ordered £103 worth of clothes because being a mum of 2 and having no time to shop assumed I could return things that did not suit me. I ordered 3 dresses and they were absolute rubbish. Cheap fabric and even worse tailoring. On the 10 th email to their team and so far the have offered £28 and £46 but to keep the items. Told them was absolutely not interested and was willing to pay for the goods to be send back for an at least £80 refund on the 103 I spend. No response as of yet !!! They have been so terrible !!! Please do not buy from this site

Ordered a dress which didn’t suit me. Emailed the company for Return address. Was offered 30% voucher to keep the dress. I emailed numerous times after this to request Return address for full refund (£49.95) All emails ignored. Very disappointing & frustrating.

This almost feels like a scam. They sent me the wrong color of an item. I asked to return it along with another item that doesnt fit. They offered me $24 for the two items I paid $87.50 for. Alternatively they would give me $80 to spend in the store. I don't want any more of their clothes because the fabric is CHEAP polyester. No thank you, I'll pass. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a selection of dresses to try on for a wedding and when I went to return the unwanted ones.
The dresses themselves were really lovely. Some felt better quality than others but all very pretty. I was surprised to find their returns policy was not like your average retailer. Instructed to email for the return address and authorisation and then return to US address.
When I received my response from customer service, I found them to be very accommodating and whilst acknowledging that they are trying to improve their returns system, due to being an international company, they offered 75% refund for the value of my order, and was told to keep the dresses. I was given the choice of returning the dresses from UK to an address in America at my own cost, or taking up the offer of 75% refund.
Whilst all a bit unusual, I wasn't really perturbed.
I like the dresses and any which I find I can't or won't wear, I will sell on Vinted.

They make returns very difficult. You have to send their customer service an email. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of any of my 5 items so I started the return process. They went back and forth with me sending me higher and higher offers of partial refund to keep all the items. After about 3 emails stating I wanted a full refund in exchange for all the items back, they finally gave me the return shipping address. I then had to go to FedEx to ship the item myself as they do not provide shipping labels. Still waiting for my refund as they said they have to do a “full inspection” of all the items.

I ordered four dresses. I only wanted to keep one. The others either did not fit right or were poor quality. When I emailed for a return label, the haggling began. First they offered $39 (I had paid $142.50 for the three dresses). I said "no" so they offered $64. I said "no, that wasn't even half of my cost". So then they offered $82 and gave me detailed, exacting instructions of how I would need return the dresses and pay the cost myself. In the meantime, I needed to travel to my sister's funeral, so I took the $82 dollar offer.. not wanting to fight it any longer. I would give zero star rating if I could!

Do not order from this company if there is any chance you might have to do a return. Borderline fraud. Received 3 or 4 emails making me various offers to keep me from returning when I clearly explained the items did not fit and I could not wear them. When they finally gave me an address to which I could return, I had to provide tracking information within 7 days of sending return. Then I received a message stating I would get my return within 3 - 25 days. On the 26th day I emailed them again and finally received my refund. Sheesh!

I should have known better than to order a dress from a Facebook ad, but I did. It is simply awful. The fabric is polyester, of course, but not even smooth light polyester. It's scratchy and cheap looking.

Purchased 2 items that made me look a pregnant 12 year old because they were so juvenile and poorly cut.
When I asked for a refund, they offered me $22 and to keep the items. I responded I did not want such garments. They countered with a $75 credit, and keep the items. I said I do not want to shop at their store anymore and just want my money back. They did not respond. When I reply back to the original response, it said that the email address was no longer in service.

DO NOT BUY from them. I will be donating the bad quality clothing

This company will not stand by their written return policy on their website. I ordered 2 dresses and 2 tops and none of them fit. I asked to return them for a refund and they responded with a crazy "offer" instead of refund:
"As to your return request, would it be a considered solution that we refund you $30 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as compensation and you keep the item without return?
If a partial refund is unacceptable, how about you keep the item without return/ exchange and we offer you a $108 gift card?
It will be a form of a discount code which can be used to offset the amount of the product/s in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order.
Please consider it."
I paid $150 for the four clothing items - this is ridiculous! When I replied no to that and asked again for a return and refund, they gave me another ridiculous "offer" instead of a full refund.
"If neither of these two options is acceptable, is it acceptable for us to refund you half of the exact price you paid for the items, i.e. $54 in total, and then you keep the items without return/ exchange?"
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!!! Read other reviews and you'll see this same scam repeated with others.

I ordered multiple dresses from Petallush because 1) they had a full refund return policy and 2) I was hoping one would work, but they didn't fit, and it was too close to my event to order again.

When I emailed their service email, Amy from Customer Service responded "As to your return request, would it be a considered solution that we refund you $56 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as compensation and you keep the 5 items without return?"

I responded "No, that would not be a solution as I would have spent $142.46 on 5 things I cannot wear.
Per your website, you accept returns: 'Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.'”

Rachel responded "Thank you so much for letting me know about this. If a partial refund is unacceptable, how about you keep the items without return/ exchange and we offer you a $189 gift card? It can be used to offset the amount of the products in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order. Please consider it."

I responded "I don’t buy dresses often, and one of these dresses was for an upcoming event. The event will be over by the time anything else from Petallush arrives. I bought 5 hoping one would work and I could return 4.
If your business only does store credit returns, that should be on your website, and I wouldn’t have purchased from you.
I will cover the return shipping fee since your website states 'Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.'" I copied and pasted the 3 return steps from their website and included that, then ended with "Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for all five items minus the shipping fee."

At this point, Rachel responded with the return instructions, and the following parts were highlighted in red: "unworn, undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package)" "the return shipping must be made at your own cost" "refund the price of the item/s you returned (not including the original shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking" "please return via a standard shipping service that provides tracking number/ service"

I found this extremely classless and unnecessary since I had been the one to send them their own return policy, and the comments in red was very unprofessional.

I received my refund today. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I ordered a dress but this company's return policy is borderline fraud. You order in the UK then have to return to the US. Their emails are quite aggressive in nature. Reported on FB but people need to avoid.
