I ordered a dress that I needed by a certain date. The shipping dates they advertised said it would be here in plenty of time. Unfortunately, it wasn't -- it arrived after the event and I had no use for the dress. Returning it was extremely difficult. It took about five emails over the course of the week to get a return address. I had to keep repeating, "No, I don't want to keep the dress with a partial credit. It arrived too late. I would like a full refund." They finally gave me a return address, but deducted shipping charges from the refund. I asked to have those reimbursed too, since I never would have ordered had I known how late the dress would come. They refused and said their shipping dates were "only estimates". I do not recommend ordering from this company unless your timeline is very generous and you KNOW you'll have no need to return.

I ordered five dresses that came in a flimsy plastic envelope with lots of tape and holes in it. The quality of the dresses was poor. After five days of emailing back-and-forth with the company offering small credits to my visa, they finally sent me a return address. The instructions say if there are any signs of wear they will not give me credit. I sent the dresses back today, but I don’t trust them to credit my account so I have protested the charge with visa. I will never order from this company again. They are deceptive.

I ordered 5 dresses from petallush for my daughter and had them shipped to her. And THEN I saw all the bad reviews. I thought “oh great, I just wasted $200+.” I told her not to expect much, and if they didn’t fit to just donate them to Goodwill because apparently the return policy isn’t great. However, my daughter just got them today and sent me a video of her with all the dresses. She absolutely loves them! And they look just like the photos! My only issue was that she only received 4 dresses. I thought “oh, here’s where they got me.” However, I went back into my account and saw that immediately after I ordered, they refunded me full price for the one dress that I assume they didn’t have in stock. So my experience has been nothing but good with Petallush, and my daughter is very happy with her new dresses. Thought I’d write a review since the majority seem to be negative, and I wanted to let everyone know that I actually had a very positive experience and would shop here again.

I can confirm all of the other posts that this company is a scam and tries to only offer partial refunds (like an insultingly low amount). After emailing several times over several days to get a return address to return my purchased item, I sent the item via UPS. I just received a notification that the return address was undeliverable and the package is being returned. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and recommend any others do the same.

I bought 4 dresses and only one of them fit. I am trying to return the other three. They responded to my return request promptly but wanted me to keep the dresses and they would give me a $38 refund. The three dresses cost me about $128. The other option was to keep the dresses and they give me a $127 gift card. That would be okay except that I don't want to buy from them if I have this kind of hassle when I need to return something. Please, can't I just send the dresses back and get a refund!

Fraudulent. Masquerading as UK-based if you look at website, in reality they aren't. Cheap and nasty Chinese-made clothes, and scam returns policy. They won't accept returns and try to push back with v small partial refunds.

I ordered 5 dresses. Even paid to expedite the shipping. I received an email confirming my order, an email saying my order was on its way and an email to update tracking. When I submit to track my package, it says it has been delivered and it has not been. Ugh!! I’m afraid I have been scammed, and even yet I’m very worried if I do receive the order that I won’t be able to return any of it because of some other reviews.

The materials are so thin and cheap, not good material at all. I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again. The customer service is not good at all either.

Dress was supposed to fit a size M 8/10 and I am only a B cup, size 7 and it was so tight in the chest and back I couldn’t move my arms or get it on or off easily. When it was supposed to be a little big. Dress was translucent as well and when I contacted them to return it the girl who answers named Rachel tells you you can’t have a full refund and they do not want the dress back. Only offered $22 about half of what I paid and these dresses aren’t cheap they’re almost $50 a piece, definitely not worth the money. Paid $12 for the dress to be mailed back anyway since I can’t wear it.

SCAM return policy. The dresses I received were made of very cheap material. Typical Chinese manufacturing. They boast a 30 day full refund policy on their site, but I had to go back and fourth FOUR times with coroner service to get them to allow me to return. Absolute SCAM. Do not shop here

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It is a total scam!! They do not offer returns like stated on their website. A waste of time and money. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them.

Terrible experience with this company. I had to return two dresses I bought from them. They tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses for partial in store credit. I finally persuaded them I really did want a full refund. I returned the dresses according to their instructions and provided them a tracking number. I even paid for the shipping to send it back. I never received my refund. I have sent them several emails to get my refund. I have gotten no response from them. They don't even have a number you can call them at. The worst customer service! Don't ever buy from them unless you know for sure you will not have to do a return!

Fraud at its finest they are trying to push a 1.50 second charge on my account without my authorization. Fraudulent charges

I am in the process of trying to get a refund for a dress I just purchased. They are trying to negotiate my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again. Lesson learned. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to buying. Never experience such shady @@@it!!!

I ordered a blouse and a dress.I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. The blouse was not the size I ordered. The dress was so ugly and poor quality. I was so disappointed. Do NOT order from this company! I gave the blouse away and threw the dress in the garbage! They offered me a partial refund with a gift card! I'm praying this company will be shut down! Nothing but a scam!

I agree with past reviews, if I could give no stars I would.
I purchased a dress which was advertised as Cotton. When I received it the lining was a nylon polyester. I contacted the company and was told it was advertised as this. I sent the website photo and information and it doesn't mention that the lining is not Cotton. False Advertising. I had many long emails going back and forth, asking continually to speak to the manager/supervisor. I wanted to send it back and get a full refund. However, they don't have a return depot in Australia only in the USA apparently. The cost of returning this would be almost the same as the purchase price. They offered me a small refund and when I declined it went up. Not the amount I paid, I'm still out of pocket. It was 12 days before a small refund arrived. I would never deal with this company again. They must add a lot of clothes to landfill, not sustainable or environmentally friendly. I'm giving this dress to charity and hoping someone will get some wear out of it.

If I could give them no stars I would! Horrendous scamming company who will not refund and not take returns!! Coincidence perhaps but after I ordered a dress from them ALL of their advertising posts that popped up on my Facebook news feed suddenly disappear. This lot of lowlifes know what they are up too! Thankfully I’m a real believer in Karma!
