My fiancé and I are getting married and we were looking at clothing ideas for the wedding party. I had been looking at this brand for some time and am very happy I decided to get our groomsmen shirts from Perte D'Ego. The colors are outstanding, and the shirts in hand look just like the online photos. The cut is perfect, its a loose fitting but contoured island shirt without being blousey, Quality seems outstanding, no loose threads. Very happy with these shirts!
On a side note, I'd like to thank their customer service for going above and beyond. I made a mistake in ordering and requested the wrong size for my nephew. I reached out and asked if they could change the shirt size to which they were happy to work with me. I understand they are a small company, and interrupting these processes to help one person can cause chaos. They did and I received the correct shirt. Greatly appreciated!
I will be ordering again soon.

Ordered a top in April for a wedding in June, despite me messaging through Shopify and their website and not getting a response, they only responded to my email when I threatened a charge back. I said I only wanted the item if it arrived in time for the wedding - no response. It arrived in July. And honestly not that amazing, it's cut small and short and the fabric doesn't feel high quality. Don't order, it's not worth it.

While it did take a few weeks to come in we ordered about 2 months before our event and it came in on time. Did reach out for follow up and they were responsive. Appreciate the fact that these are handmade and take time. It was well worth the wait. We were so happy with the suits, the quality, and design. Had to tailor a tiny bit but otherwise true to size. Perfect for our wedding and the photos came out so good. Really truly happy with the purchase, was our first time and will be back for more lol.

Pertedego shirts are absolutely amazing. I think I have 5 shirts already and want to purchase more because the fabric is so soft and you can feel the quality. Also the design patterns are second to none. I never give reviews but i had to because the shirts are again Amazing!

This company is horrible. They take your money then are not communicative at all about the status of your order. I emailed them multiple times with zero response and commented on their Instagram (comments were then deleted). It took multiple of my friends commenting on their posts and messaging them to get them to even respond to one singular email. They assured me the items would be here by a certain date, then the date came and went with no update. They then asked for my measurements again a week after it was supposed to arrive, which shows they hadn’t made the item yet. They sent me a suit that was supposed to be custom made but was three sizes too small and it arrived THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! Absolutely not worth the money or the stress. BUYERS BE WARE

I love the clothes, and they fit really well. Expect a long wait time after ordering. Getting in touch with customer service was challenging, but I was eventually able to have my questions answered.

Ordered a shirt mid May now 8th July, over 40 working days. Despite multiple emails I received 3 back constantly reassuring me by a certain date.

Last promise on Saturday 4th July promising it would be despatched that Monday. Still no tracking details and absolutely no replies back since then. I’ve now had to raise a claim with my credit card company.

I have no idea if the clothes are nice ot not but they have essentially stolen my money so buy at your peril.

Amazing clothes, amazing craftsmanship, and really great customer service. I emailed them before I ordered to ensure a timely delivery for my wedding and they delivered the garments 2 full weeks before the requested delivery. I ordered a custom suit and it fits perfectly. Truly no complaints at all.

I placed my order on 13 May after being advised of a 20–25 working day delivery timeframe. That timeframe has now passed, and I have neither received my order nor been given any meaningful update.

What has been most disappointing is the sheer lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue, yet I have received no satisfactory resolution and my most recent email has been completely ignored.

Delays can happen, but failing to acknowledge customers or provide honest updates is unacceptable. At this stage, I have lost confidence in the company’s customer service and ability to fulfil orders within the timescales they advertise.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing a dispute through American Express to recover my payment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company unless you are prepared for significant delays and a complete lack of customer support.

Customer service eventually responded to me and fixed the issues with my order. I will admit it took nearly 3 weeks and a lot of stress to get a response. However the shirt I received is beautiful. Thank you Perte.

DO NOT PURCHASE! false advertising. Half the items never came in the other half were poor quality. So bad that one arm was shorter than the other.

Two shirts ordered on 27th April , it is now 6th June and I’m still waiting. Communication from the company is very poor. Don’t waste your time.

A genuinely horrendous experience. I was hoping to wear one of their embrodiered suits for my wedding. I ordered in February, and was told the order would be shipped in 20-25 business days. By the time April came around, I reached out several times asking for an updated timeline. I was eventually told it would be another week. Four more weeks went by, with several more unanswered emails sent before my suit eventually arrived, putting the total time at roughly triple the original estimate. The suit did not fit, and as I did not have another 60 business days to spare between now and my wedding day, I asked for a return. They responded they don't do returns (this is not mentioned on their website, nor is it legal within the UK). I am continuing to attempt to return, but I urge anyone considering purchasing from this awful organization to look elsewhere. Borderline scam artist behaviour.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered my suit in December 2024 and it is now May 2025 and it is still not here. Their customer service is slow and not that responsive, it feels like the workers aren't well supported. I had to call my bank to take their money away in order for the package to send and they wrote my address incorrectly so it is even more delayed. This is for my wedding and I am so disappointed. I now see some worker reviews and it looks like they don't treat the workers right either. Not worth supporting.

I ordered the blazer Le Fleur along with the pants in November shipped around end of January. When the suit was taking a bit long to ship I emailed them and they were super responsive. They made sure it shipped when they said it would come. I ordered xxs. Had to go get it tailored to fit my body a bit but after I did it was perfect! Wore it as my wedding suit and all the guest kept saying they’ve never seen anything like it!

Terrible company, zero correspondence regarding orders and no way of cancelling or getting a refund. Took over 2 months to receive my clothes, and then when they did arrive only half of my order was there. No response from them of course. Avoid

I would give them 0 stars. I try to never leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. The quality is poor, the communication is even worse. Do not expect any communication about anything. I was assured my order would be delivered by a specific date and after it sat waiting after I ordered I reached out to cancel the order but they assured me it would be here. It wasn't and so I reached out to cancel the order and they said they wouldn't do that. I have sent repeated email asking for assistance to no avail.

Really excellent experience - customer service, quality for price, clear and transparent.
