Five stars is not enough for Addicted Bespoken! We could not be happier with the gorgeous custom suit they made for my husband, Justin, for our wedding.From start to finish, the communication and service were absolutely top-notch. The quality and luxurious feel of the material are unmatched, and the custom palm and monstera leaves made it perfectly tropical for our Hawaii wedding! Justin has never felt better or more confident in any piece of clothing, and we received so many compliments on how stunning and unique the suit was. It truly feels like an amazing heirloom that we will cherish forever. 🌺🌴💕

I was very excited to have them do a custom design for a suit and used many suits from their website as inspiration and reference photos. The design process took a long time as they were not getting what I wanted even when I would send my own designs. That seemed fine as I know designing is a process. I finally thought we were on the same page and sent my measurements as it was also meant to be made to measure. It was supposed to arrive in 5-7 weeks. We were at week 6 and I did not hear from them and was worried about my timeline. I reached out and they would not confirm a delivery date but said it would arrive on time for my event. They sent mock ups of the work they were doing and I shared that the embroidery was not aligning with the colors and design we settled on. They said they could change it and would ensure it aligned with the reference photos and what I wanted. They sent mock ups again with no changes. I asked for clarity on what could be changed and never heard back. Then I got photos of the finished suit with zero changes and it was not what I wanted but we were well beyond when I expected to have it and I could not get an answer on how long shipping would take. I said they could just ship it because while it wasn't the design and colors I wanted it looked nice. I got it and it doesn't fit at all. The pants bunch in the back, the waist is too low and dips and the jacket is too big. My tailor can adjust some of it but the pants being the wrong height and not straight across is not fixable and makes the pants not wearable for my wedding. I'm very disappointed.

I was skeptical that the product would not be what I hoped for. But the suit was excellent in quality and was very well received at my wedding. Thank you for the timely delivery and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this to other grooms looking for a one of a kind suit. It’s well worth it.

this is my 2nd order from this company and my shirt came with horribly off measurements... 7 extra inches in the cuffs of my shirt. When I brought this up the representative told me that "this was the style" even though I had ordered the same style previously and confirmed I sent the correct measurements. Its obviously they have no intention of admitting their mistake or fixing anything. My previous shirt showed up weeks late after paying for $90 rush shipping. Not worth the hassle. As soon as they have your money they wont do anything to make it right. I will be reaching out to my bank.

Everything was incredibly smooth. They were incredibly communicative and helpful. Having never had a bespoked suit I was worried about my measurements but it is literally perfect. This will be my wedding suit (and subsequent fancy events) and I’m so glad I went with addicted bespoken.

We had a custom jacket made for my daughter for a concert and although it was expensive and I did worry a couple times we wouldn’t receive it in time, it turned out amazing! The jacket was a replica of her favorite singer’s jacket for part of the show and it looked even better than expected and she received SO MANY compliments at the concert, and the singer even acknowledged her during one of his songs. The jacket arrived exactly when they told me it would and it is absolutely stunning.

I had a number of suits made for Burning Man festival. The tailoring was excellent and it really wowed everyone. The embroidery and attention to detail was phenomenal. I know suits and these are tailored to the highest specification. Worth every penny. I am a repeat customer.

Addicted Bespoken was extremely communicative, helpful, and professional during the planning stages. They created a beautiful perfectly fitting suit and I can’t wait to wear it to my wedding!

First-the buttonholes weren't fully punched, second-the belt loops were not attached in the front, third-the sleeves were different lengths from each other, fourth- the suit did not fit... It's unfortunate because I would've been a repeat customer but completely lost my trust.

We spent over £5k on two wedding suits with Addicted Bespoken. The experience started off pleasant with the back and forth on the designs which were good. However everything changed the second we parted with the cash. They had been emailing several times a day pushing for us to make a payment (which already felt a bit scammy), and as soon as we gave them the money, the pattern of communication changed and we were the ones having to chase for the information and updated. We paid literally hundreds of dollars to the service to be shipped within three weeks - a deadline which came and went without any word. We were emailing several times a day just to get a reply which generally avoided the question, and any responsibility about getting the suits to us. When we finally saw images of the suits, it was so disappointing - they hadn't listened to us about the cuts and crops we wanted so the suits looked completely different to the designs - it looked as if they had messed up the measurements and then did a bodge job of fixing it. The suits arrived EIGHT WEEKS after we paid for them despite them supposed to be arriving in three weeks, so we had no time before our wedding for any alterations to be made. This was a real downer on our whole wedding experience and I did not feel good wearing the suit on the day as it didn't hang right or fit right, they are not made well at all. Save your money, your time and your sanity and do not order from here.
