Perspex Sheet UK Anmeldelser

Took my money but item was never sent out. Lied twice, saying item would be shipped out, but item was not sent out. Not sure if this company are scammers or just lazy. PayPal has refunded me the full amount, and I’m back to square one looking for a splash back. Cannot recommend this company.

Ordered on Friday and parcel delivered on Saturday, very impressed with service. Parcel packed very well, item received without damage. Ordered for neighbour, very pleased with Perspex sheet, when I delivered it to him, he said it should work very well with what he had in mind.

The sheet of Perspex came well wrapped and protected. It was cut to the exact size required. Would highly recommended

Ordered and paid for express delivery on a specific day (the only day I am available to take delivery). Now after chasing them they are saying it will take longer! Total waste of my time!

Goods damaged on receipt. Took photos, sent an email and not even a response and it's been 7 working days. Have emailed again so will have to wait and see... Not the first time I've received faulty goods from this company but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered a sheet of acrylic to cover my dressing table top. It was cut perfectly to size and arrived well packaged.
Would definitely recommend.

Website easy to navigate. Good communication re order preparation. Very good delivery time. Excellent product - perspex sheets were measured to my exact requirements and fitted perfectly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great customer service. Excellent product. Prompt delivery. We had a minor problem with our order, but it was rectified without any problems

I required small sizes for a project .
Perspex Sheeting.U.k gave the best price and assistance. Sizes were were accurate, delivery was very good and quick, packaging excellent . I couldn't fault anything . The Perspex team were kind and helpful

I ordered a Perspex silver sheet, cut to size for a bathroom mirror, and an accompanying tube of stixall fixative. The mirror arrived in reasonable time, but no sign of the fixative.
A week on - numerous emails and several phone calls (which all went to voicemail) and still no fixative. Various meaningless replies to my emails, including a request to rate their service!
One email said they would dispatch the fixative the next day; another email said they would rerequest the fixative which would take 3 to 5 days to produce.
I SO wish I had read these reviews before ordering! A company with 25% reviews at only 1 does not bode well.
I even tried to contact the ‘Chris’ who has replied to others who have complained, but - you guessed it - no reply to email or his personal phone number.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Part 2: So, having put in this review I had already emailed and phoned ‘Chris’, and had no replies, he leaves a reply saying I should phone him or communicate via WhatsApp (which I do not use).!!!!

Part 3: parcel arrived yesterday - not the Stixall I had ordered and was waiting for, but an ordinary silicone sealant with no adhesive properties! Phoned Chris again - voicemail message left and no reply.

Ordered item, 6 days later I then received an email apologising due to a fault at manufacturing. Eventually the product turned up but not to the specifications ordered (incorrect measurements, out by a factor of 2!)

The team emailed me to apologised (after I asked what's going on). I was advised 3 days to re-make and then it will be sent out. Now 9 days later and still no item. Avoid this company, there are alternative perspex companies who will work to the time schedules they advertise.

Over all an awful experience and we shall not be using them for future business. The fact that 25% of the reviews for this company are 1 star says it all. AVOID.

Easy to use the online order service
Prompt turnaround and safe delivery
Pleasant people to deal with should you need advice.

Needed some bespoke Perspex for a restoration dashboard project. Stumbled across this company. Service second to none, simple ease of website, payment on website simple. Immediate correspondence on payment with communication from start to finish, order, dispatch and delivery. Can’t fault them for product, finish and service. Highly recommended.

Excellent supplier of small bespoke orders. Very good selection of products and easy to order on ther website. Prices for bespoke cutting of perspex are very reasonable. Turnaround time and delivery very rapid. Highly recommended.

responded quickly when one item was damaged in post, sent another no problems, excellent quality products

Great product, cut-to-size perfectly. So clear I now need to replace the other 4 shed windows....

The order was dealt with very quickly and the pieces cut exactly to our measurements, making the fitting for a circular roof on a play house very easy. Value for money was exceptional.

What a scam!!!

I ordered a cut to size perspex sheet on a Saturday. I paid for fast delivery at £25 extra- should have been delivered by Tuesday/Wednesday. Nothing arrived. I had an email from deliver company to say it had been sent and that was it. I then had to drive 1.5 hours round trip to pick it up late on a Friday evening as they had put the postcode incorrectly, something to do with the spacing, so it was stuck at the delivery company. I needed it as had an open space letting water in!

Then when I unpacked it, it was scratched and scuffed under the blue wrapping. So its totally unusable.

Emailed everyday (as they don't answer the phone) and not one response.

So the product is faulty and delivery didn't happen.

This place is an absolute joke.

I was pleased with the product - good quality and exactly as ordered. The postage was a little expensive though.

Quality product cut to exact measurements fit my large picture frame perfectly. Very pleased.
