Perspex Sheet UK Anmeldelser

Just a short message if Chris offers you your money back after a negative review don’t bother because it never arrives sorry but this company is an absolute joke

Just what I asked for

This is the second time I have used this company for a project which required Perspex cut to size. The sizes were not large but all materials were supplied to my specifications. It’s great to find these companies who can support hobbyists like myself. Good turnaround with my order so was not waiting long for it to be completed. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company to supply materials for any size project. I will be using the service again.

Seriously disappointing customer service. I ordered sheet on 5th March for a specific family event. Heard nothing until I chased them. Told it was being despatched. Chased again on 18th March and told it would be with me by the weekend for my event. Nothing received so I cancelled on Monday and ,
miraculously , it was delivered that morning …..totally pointless. I would certainly not use this company if you have specific date requirements. The actual product looks fine but the most frustrating experience and pointless having it

Is great quality and is a perfect fit. Just wish I got the polished sides but other than that great product and really pleased. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Items as described, cut perfectly and well packaged. Second time used and very happy.

Cut to perfect size and dispatched in a timely fashion. My go to for all my perspex requirements.
Excellent service, thanks Perspex sheet UK.

Ordering the sheet I needed was straight forward and hassle free. So, thank you for that. The standard delivery time was a bit slow. The well packaged parcel insured the perspex sheet was not damaged.👍

The ordered sheets were measured accurately and arrived in pristine condition in a timely manner. I ordered these sheets to bond together to form a cover for my Goldring turntable. I ordered them thicker than normal to create a stronger seem with the bonding agent, very pleased with the product and highly recommend this company 🤗👍

Really pleased with the sheet of Perspex I received. It was exactly what I had ordered and was well packaged. I will be using this company again as I will be needing more sheets eventually.
I can highly recommend them

Great service and easy to use site perfect for what I wanted

Very good quality Perspex sheet, good communication and fast delivery. I recommend this company.

Spot on fast delivery and as I ordered perfect lids for my fishtanks

Very happy with the product, a tad expensive for what it is

3mm Glass look Perspex for use in display cabinet were accurately cut and finished to a high quality.

Great quality product, delivered promptly, from a very professional company, pleasure to deal with and will use again

I bought from this company because I needed some small perspex sheet cut to size, and delivered within a week. I checked this on their website that they could do it, so paid the extra to have it delivered in time. I noticed that the order still hadnt been dispatched 1 day before I needed them (for a sales event) so I emailed them to ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I guessed this wouldnt have been a problem as they hadnt actually cut my order to size. After multiple emails I received a response from a real person, at last! Hayley informed me that I couldnt have a refund due to the order being custom, even though it hadnt been cut at this time. I then received the perspex a week later than I needed. Hayley promised to 'refund the express part of my delivery' but this hasnt happened.
I would not buy from this company again, nor would I suggest them to anyone looking to buy persex sheet just due to the lack of care in customer service I received.
Also I see that Chris reply's to these bad reviews, so Yes Chris, I would still like my express delivery refunded and I have left my reference number for you!

DO NOT buy from this business, we paid for a large single sheet of perspex on the 6th February and we are still waiting for a replacement. We paid extra for fast delivery as we needed to finish our bathroom. On the 16th February said sheet arrived but it was spilt where they had put the screw holes so we had to send back. They collected on the 20th February and said they would send out a replacement. It’s now the 3rd March we have had no replacement, no excess postage refund and now nobody answers the phone. All they do is keep e mailing that the order is in production. STAY AWAY!!!
Please note I do not normally write negative reviews as I like to deal directly with the business and give them a chance but I don't want anyone else to lose money like we have.

Took my money but item was never sent out. Lied twice, saying item would be shipped out, but item was not sent out. Not sure if this company are scammers or just lazy. PayPal has refunded me the full amount, and I’m back to square one looking for a splash back. Cannot recommend this company.
