I have been attempting to get Perspex Sheet.UK to send me the correct colour of made-to-measure perspex sheets for more than 6 months.

Despite sending numerous emails, with photographic evidence of the company's errors attached, and making endless follow-up phone calls, I have been fobbed off with repeated email and telephone apologies and utterly false promises to rectify the problem urgently.

Six months on the problem is still not resolved and my emails and telephone messages now go unanwered.

As someone who has been a successful online seller, I would never use this company again, and would advise any prospective customer to buy elsewhere, to avert the false promises this Company makes.

Just what I asked for

This is the second time I have used this company for a project which required Perspex cut to size. The sizes were not large but all materials were supplied to my specifications. It’s great to find these companies who can support hobbyists like myself. Good turnaround with my order so was not waiting long for it to be completed. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company to supply materials for any size project. I will be using the service again.

Seriously disappointing customer service. I ordered sheet on 5th March for a specific family event. Heard nothing until I chased them. Told it was being despatched. Chased again on 18th March and told it would be with me by the weekend for my event. Nothing received so I cancelled on Monday and ,
miraculously , it was delivered that morning …..totally pointless. I would certainly not use this company if you have specific date requirements. The actual product looks fine but the most frustrating experience and pointless having it

Ordering the sheet I needed was straight forward and hassle free. So, thank you for that. The standard delivery time was a bit slow. The well packaged parcel insured the perspex sheet was not damaged.👍

The ordered sheets were measured accurately and arrived in pristine condition in a timely manner. I ordered these sheets to bond together to form a cover for my Goldring turntable. I ordered them thicker than normal to create a stronger seem with the bonding agent, very pleased with the product and highly recommend this company 🤗👍
