Perspex Sheet UK Anmeldelser

Purchased 4 sheets of clear perspex, despite giving them exact sizes in mm none of the width or lenght is correct, all sheets 3mm shorter and 2mm too narrow! Whats more important every sheet with deep scratches - these were meant to be installed as exposed shelves with led cob on the site which wont happen now, also all edges rough and uneven (ordered polished and buffed ones), Overall unacceptable poor quality, awaiting companys reply and would like replacement or refund to buy elsewhere!

Ordered 4/7. No delivery so requested an update via email mid month. I was passed an auto response stating it's now urgent and an update will be provided. Two more requests later with no actual action or delivery dates. Tired to contact on numerous occasions to discuss a refund and cancellation. Never had an answer, was left to request refund via card provided. The products might be good but they won't reach you, wouldn't use.

Very easy to deal with, ordered in line came promptly , packaged very well, and good product as described overall very good experience

I ordered in good faith, paid express delivery of £29.99 needed the item within this time. But have not received it. Telephone spoke to melody only to be told that it wasn't going to be despatched for another week as they have a back log.
I asked for a refund as has not been cut yet. But was refused. Apparently in the small print of the 5 pages of terms and conditions it says they have to be allowed 30 days to deliver.
This is miss selling.
I am now not at the property for another 7 weeks hence why I paid for express delivery.

Great company , quick delivery and just what I needed for my bedside draws .
Will be ordering another for my other furniture.

Exceptional product manufactured to the highest quality.
5 star customer service.
Outstanding value for money.

I received my goods correctly . However when i had some questions I phoned several times and left voice messages as per their options and none were returned . So I have had to now throw the product away as without their responses I cant use it .Having said that, Chris gave me a satisfactory explanation for the inability to access their support on the phone and he and and Natasha were marvellous and offered to replace everything so I am now very satisfied

Very good service, extremely well packed, fast delivery. Product is of very highest quality and looks very special in situe

Ordered on Saturday to be delivered Wednesday no confirmation email rang today spoke to a lady who has no record of payment or order. I have now contacted my card supplier for a refund dreadful company please avoid.....after a whatsapp from an employer who sorted my query and issued a partial refund for time to delivery my order was cut to size and exactly as expected

Excellent service. Only a very small order. Exactly the right size and quantity.

Very good price

This is my second order. Would strongly recommend without hesitate

Terrible service..

Placed an order on the 30th June, was told delivery would be by yesterday 6th July. Called 3 times to eventually speak to someone and when i explained that our order had not arrived and we had the window missing on the shed all i was old was they may send it today, or they may send it tomorrow. I have checked my emails and there is no notification of any delivery for tomorrow still. Guess this is going to be another few days before the hole gets filled in the shed (hopefully).

The product itself in terms of the Perspex is absolutely fine so issues. What lets the company down is the customer service.
I telephoned and spoke to Melody to ask to add some adhesive to my order. She advised that wouldn’t be a problem and I paid the additional amount.
What was then delivered was silicone sealant - not what I ordered.
I proceeded to call again and was advised the adhesive would be in the order with my Perspex.
This didn’t happen so I called again. Melody advised that adhesive would arrive today as a separate delivery. Lo and behold nothing has arrived again so I’ll have to make another call. Customer service and aftercare is letting the company down.
I’ve now spoken to Ian who has advised he will definitely get this sorted so I hope he does as the product itself is perfect and just what I needed.

Great service. Easy to order on line. Great choice.Got precisely the shelving I wanted. Delivered packaged well and within timings. Pricing great for product. Highly recommended. Will use again.

I am making a sensory art sculpture for a local school. I have not worked with Perspex material before, and I found the website really informative. The website is easy to use, and I even accomplished a stress-free order.
The items ordered were cut perfectly to shape and size, and the colours are wonderful. I am very excited to complete my project.

Accurately cut, well packaged and sent timely

The perspex was cut to the exact size ordered and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend this company.

All good, I measured what I needed to cover a patio table after the glass broke. Simple website to follow and turned up a week and a half later to the exact size including the centre hole.

Perspex sheet was cut to the exact dimensions provided and professionally packed so it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

On-line ordering is easy and straight forward with a good choice of materials and options.
I order small quantities of small items and the cost is very competitive.
The orders are always fulfilled and dispatched quickly.
My items always arrived with the measurements to my specifications.
These are my go to for my perspex needs.
Thank you Perspex Sheet UK

FANTASTIC. Have used this company several times for various Perspex cut to my measurements and always arrives quickly and securely packaged, good quality products and very well priced, recently ordered 5 shaped corners to use as floating shelves in bathroom to replace my glass ones, these look so much better than my glass ones, are really strong, larger than I had before and much cheaper. Highly Recommend
