The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever, I have been buying and using lens for 15 plus years, this was the first time ordering from perfectlens, never was I asked for non power lens prescription from where I bought earlier. when I wanted to return the lens because it didn't feel good in my eyes. And rejected my return. No I have to keep the entire box which I don't need.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration.
First, we would like to clarify that our business has not been operating for 15 years; it has been less than that.
Regarding your order, as contact lenses are medical devices, we require a valid prescription in order to assist you further. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed as a prescription was not provided.
Please note that even zero-power contact lenses require a prescription, as lens size, brand, and material can affect proper fit, comfort, and vision.

Dear Isaak Reimer,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the SofLens One Day contact lenses you were prescribed.
Please note that these lenses are designed to be thin in order to allow more oxygen to reach the eyes. Doctors usually recommend a specific type of lens based on a patient’s individual needs and lifestyle.
To assist you further, please email us a copy of your valid contact lens prescription to info@perfectlens.ca
