While this is not directed at your lovely customer support team, I did pay for express shipping because my current glasses broke over a month ago. I thought the process would take up to 2 weeks at the most like other companies. I had previously ordered from perfect lens 2 years ago and it did not take this long.
I genuinely need a new pair of glasses seen as mine broke and I have to attach my glasses to my head everyday with a headband and a hairpin because the left leg broke and glue couldn't keep it up. :( I've been wearing them like this for over a month.
I wish I would have gotten clarification that it would take over a month to ship and my fedex express would not work.
Also the updates were subpar I had to constantly email customer support to get an idea of what stage of the process my glasses were in.
** UPDATE **
Just saw this is the contact lens company and not the glasses company. My bad.
Shipping was good but the lenses were not comfortable for me so I’ll bump it up to 4 so u don’t think I’m being a d*ck as I acknowledge my mistake

Besvarelse fra perfectlens.ca
Hi Valeria,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that we do not sell glasses and only carry contact lenses.
As mentioned on our webpage, lenses with astigmatism (toric lenses) require 2-3 weeks for processing, plus an additional 1 business day for delivery.
Your order was processed faster than the promised timeframe. You placed your order on November 18, it was ready and shipped on November 25, and it was delivered within 1 business day on November 26.
Please kindly note that your package was delivered within the promised timeframe.
In addition, we would like to clarify that the previous order you received faster was not a special-made lens, which is why it was delivered more quickly.
We kindly suggest reviewing the shipping details for special made lenses before placing an order.
We hope this clarifies the confusion.
Super quick and responsive service
