We got the company in to clean and clear our gutters as we didn’t have long enough ladders.

However he broke part off the down pipe off and pulled the clips away from the wall, we are now going to have to buy ladders to fix ourselves, so now will cost us more money.

I have also seen since that he knocked one of my plant pots over, soil everywhere

arrived on time and cleaned a really messy oven brilliantly, and also cleaned the carpet and did a great job, would definitely use them again.

This company were extremely good with both the work and keeping me up to date with times etc. Would definitely use them again.

Prompt service and was kept well informed with regards to our booking. All looks a lot fresher - thank you.

Had my simply disgusting baked-on oven cleaned 2 days’ ago. The engineer protected the floor and work top and wouldn’t leave until he was totally satisfied the oven looked as new. All Covid regs complied with. An excellent experience.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
I HAD AN OVEN CLEAN LAST MONTH THE MAN DIDNT PROTECT MY FLOORING HE GOT ACIDIC CLEANER ALL OVER MY STAINLESS STEEL HANDLES AND HAS RUINED MY OVEN DRAGGED HIS FILTHY BOX ACROSS MY WOOD FLOORING HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS HE WAS USING WHEN QUESTIONED I WAS HIS FIRST EVER CUSTOMER. THE CLEAN WAS AWFUL AND MY PROPERTY RUINED. I CALLED MATT THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN AND HE SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE OVEN DOOR HANDLES FOR ME. THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND HAS NOW STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS AND EMAILS!!! £150 DOWN THE DRAIN AND NOW HAVING TO FORK OUT GETTING MY PROPERTY REPAIRED. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Perfect cleaning company! What an accurate company name. The cleaning technician left the flat immaculate. The hard flooring was polished,the carpets thoroughly vacuumed,the surfaces dusted, the windows cleaned without streaks. Even the skirting boards were clean. The wet cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen was exemplary. Wonderful!

I am most impressed with the service received from Perfect Cleaning Company.
Garth arrived at 08.00hrs and worked right through without a break until he was happy with the result. Did all that was asked of him, showed me every room when completed to ensure I was happy, then progressed onto the next room.
I would recommend Perfect Cleaners and would definitely use them again.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. As a first time, potentially long term client, I feel dismissed and disrespected.
After making my first cleaning booking and being given incorrect advice from the cleaning technician, I was not only treated poorly and dismissed by the complaints manager but was completely ignored despite several emails and calls. I will never give this business to this company again or recommend them.

James did an amazing job the sofas look new again and they smell great too! James was friendly and efficient getting the job done quickly and with no fuss! Great experience!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They have damaged my granite worktop. They damaged my woolen rug that was near the oven. He was careless, left the oven and all the surrounding area dirty, dripping with greasy fluid. I was not around when he was cleaning the oven, but on my arrival he said he was finished and was ready to leave. When I checked his work, he got aggressive waving his hands and walked off! Just walked off. The detergent that he had used was all over my sink and my lovely granite which is now permanently stained. I took photos and complained. They offered me £40. I now know why they want the money upfront.
It took me hours to put my kitchen back together again but unfortunately the damage to my kitchen is done and and I cannot do anything about it now. Sheila and Dennis

I had the inside of the oven cleaned. He took the shelves out and cleaned them. Everything is so clean. He cleared and cleaned up when he left. The appointment was only 2 days after I booked it.

Tom arrived, exactly on time, he did a thorough clean upstairs (3bedrooms+2 bathrooms)He made an excellent start on the downstairs rooms, but at 5.30, I stopped him and sent him home since he was clearly going to be another 3 hours or more.
He was a wonderful ambassador for the company,

Didn’t remove the side tray rack holders to clean the sides of the oven, only cleaned the back and the base.
As a result the oven was still smelly and smoky on using it. Had to remove them myself and clean it.
He was also employed to cleaned the hob but once it dried it left white residue everywhere. Have cleaned it three times now to remove it myself.
Used my cooking pan to fill with the chemical water for cleaning the job rings in without asking. He should have his own bowl to use for these chemicals. I’m worried about using it now for cooking in.

We urge you NOT TO USE THIS "SERVICE"!
Paid £90 several weeks ago to secure a slot to have our home cleaned before Christmas (standard clean), so that it would be lovely and sparkly for our guests.
Sat waiting today (Dec 20th) and no cleaner arrived. No explanation. After several phone calls, it turned out that our "job" was never even allocated by the Regional manager. It is now far too late to find a reliable company before Christmas - we are BLOODY FUMING!!

I booked an end of tenancy clean which was awful. I received the check out report and the result was so bad that I had to rebook them to complete the clean. I have called and emailed them however but their web site is down and nobody is answering calls or emails. Their web site is either perfectcleaningcompany.co.uk or platinum-cleaners.co.uk

We paid £258 in September for a deep clean including carpets. 10 mins before the arrival time the company rang and cancelled. We requested a refund, 8 attempts for a refund and multiple lies later we still have no refund and finally someone admitted they have gone into liquidation. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Awful customer service, 1 person even hung up on us.

Awful! Booked an end of tenancy clean for the property we purchased so that it could be deep cleaned while it was empty. Three days later we walked into a barely cleaned house. None of the floors had been cleaned, no dusting done at all with cobwebs hanging in the corners of doors and ceilings and from the bottom of radiotors. No taps were cleaned and I even found a dead mouse under a radiator meaning the technician didn't bother cleaning in the corners of the room. I immediately raised a complaint and sent photos. It took two and a half weeks for a response as well as numerous calls trying to get hold of Matthew before I was offered £80 refund on a £330 job! Absolutely ludicrous as I wouldn't say even half of the job that was expected was done.

This company should be ashamed for what they claim on their website as it simply isn't true.

And just to add the technician left behind a dirty sponge in plain sight so a last minute check to ensure things were clean certainly didn't happen they also took cleaning products that were left behind for us by the previous owners with them and they didn't even bother flushing the loo after taking their morning dump! I'm not fussed about them needing to respond to the call of nature but at least clean the loo after you're done!

Truly shocking service would not recommend.

We booked this company for an end of tenancy carpet clean as the property had cream carpets throughout. The man would not let us in the property during the clean due to covid restrictions, which is understandable. But he did not let us move everything out of the way (my partner and I had only just got back from work so did not get a chance to do it beforehand) and just went around everything instead. He did not go up to the edges or into corners, general dirt marks were not removed and it looked exactly as it did before. Now the Lettings agent are taking a large chunk of our deposit because of the condition of the carpets even though I had already paid for the carpets to be cleaned! Not happy at all, wish I’d never booked them in the first place. Complete waste of money.
