My partner and I recently booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean, including shampooed carpets. There were so many things wrong, it's easier to just list them here:

- Carpets not vacuumed at all, dirt everywhere.
- Some carpets ignored because they were in a walk-in-wardrobe.
- Bathroom barely touched, still utterly filthy.
- Understairs cupboard ignored entirely.
- The carpet around the skirting hadn't been touched. A quick wipe with our hands brought up mounds of dirt.
- Lots and lots of debris and dirt hidden behind doors, under cupboards, etc.

It was the equivalent of telling your teenage child to clean their room. They do the bare minimum and tell you they're done. When you look closer it's still filthy.

We had to finish the job ourselves, basically cleaning the entire upstairs of the house before we left. Given we had moved out and had no equipment, this was very time consuming.

We've complained but no response has been received yet.

Please avoid!

Awful job that quite frankly I could do better myself. My wife contracted you to fully clean our oven and hob. This was done but boy, what a mess was left behind. It is a shame that I cannot see a way to upload photos to this review.

The oven doors were left streaky.
Numerous metal strips from Brillo pads were left everywhere.
The inside rims of the doors were left with white gunk on.
The insides of the top and bottom ovens were left with white gunk on
The grill pan was left streaky and with the Brillo pad remnants within.

This was the first time we have had our oven professionally cleaned and the job was worse than if I had done it myself.

We will never use your company again.

Bought an end of tenancy clean and got the full works - pre clean, deep clean, scotch guard - everything. From the first phone call to the finished clean the professionalism and attention to detail was absolutely first class.

Knowledgable, polite and efficient staff who are quick to answer the phone and managed a postponement when i needed one - they set the benchmark for how customer service is done.

The team that showed up were on time and did a spectacular job. Mary Poppins herself would be hard pressed to find fault.

Communication was brilliant - email and text reminders a few days beforehand made me confident that i had not been forgotten and that the booking was going ahead.

I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and recommend them 100%.

Oh, and they were around £100 cheaper than any other company i called (i phoned 4 in all) and all the others just didn't sound at all trustworthy.

This was a big deal for me and i really needed it to go smoothly. It's a stressful time when you're moving and these guys eased that problem enormously.

I paid for an end of tenancy clean, including carpet cleaning and oven cleaning. Quite honestly, I can only say that they hoovered (not cleaned) the carpets and cleaned the oven. Cupboards, fridge, floors, windowsills, sinks, etc were filthy. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company afterwards (both by email and phone) I have had no response to my complaint. Incompetent and unprofessional.

Requested a move out clean and although services and windows were perfect the bathrooms were not. After a deeper inspection as I had to get back to work I found that the oven was still dirty on top and the grills on inside. Lime scale on taps and smear marks on mirrors. The carpet has been washed but not sure with what because you now walk into the front room and it smells damp. For what they charge I would not recommend at all. Really disappointed. They were meant to make the week that I am moving and handing over my job less stressful and they have not at all. When I hand over this house I will get billed for every item i picked up so end up been double charge. This is one of the main reasons I tend to clean myself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They get paid and they do NOT do the work. Then they do not give you a refund. Basically, you pay for a service that you do not get! From the rest of the reviews you can see we are not the only ones that had this experience with them. They mostly do that for end-of-tenancy cleaning because you are not in the house to check if they have done the work!

I paid 432 pounds for end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were supposed to clean everything in the house yet they only cleaned the carpet. I called them and we arranged for them to go back to the house and do a proper cleaning. I explained to them that they should make sure to clean what they were paid for because otherwise, I would have issues with my agents and I would risk losing my deposit. They went back to the house for a second time and they were supposed to do a thorough cleaning this time. However, I received an email from my agents with attached pictures that showed that they did not clean the parts that they left behind the first time. They did not clean most of the house basically. For example the toilets, showerheads, washbasin, oven, kitchen floor, electrical sockets in the kitchen, inside kitchen units, soap tray of washing machine, extractor hood, the bath and many more.



My agents were very upset as was I. They had already been given a second chance to correct their poor work but they did not. I lost trust in their services and I DO NOT wish for them to offer to go back to the house to clean for a third time. Even if I wanted them to do that, I am not a tenant in that property anymore.The least they can do is cover the amount of money that is going to be deducted from my deposit to compensate for the inconvenience and the trouble they put me through.

Mix up with timings and given two different ones then third one which wasn't suitable for me due to the school run. Re-booked fe the Saturday unfortunately I came down with Covid and was unable to make the appointment. Requested a refund was told it was less than 48 hours so would be keeping some of the money back despite me having to take the new date from their mistake. Spoke to a Matt and a Sophie who were extremely rude. Was promised by email that the refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days which it has not. Three emails from me now completely ignored and also one sent by my husband. Wish I had read the reviews before booking. God awful company with the worst attitude.

Recieved emails confrming different times of arrival, so could not arrange my day correctly, eventually the operator arrived at the first ageed time, poor co-ordination, the operator then set his skyvac system up and plugged into the house mains, professional company would of had a small genarator to supply the power. the operator was very quick, but left a lot of mess on the floor, did not remove, not very professional, the whole gutter clearing process took less than 45 mins, would I use these people again ??? I don't think so. Just to add the operator was very pleasant and polite.

My previous cleaner cancelled, so I booked these guys. In fairness, they could do the date I wanted, the guy was very easy to talk to on the phone, and the cleaners were polite and respectful.

The problem was the cleaning. I’m not a professional check out inspector and have bad eyesight, so I don’t know what it should look like. It cost £360 and was an end of tenancy clean, ‘satisfaction guaranteed,’ according to their website and the man on the phone. He said if needed they’d return to make it right to protect my deposit, so I was willing to pay it over less expensive cleaners.

The landlord emailed after I’d left with pictures explaining the clean was not up to a professional standard. So, I emailed and tried to call the cleaners back to get it remedied. No responses at all. The landlord had to hire further cleaners for £270.

I’ve emailed asking for this amount to be refunded to me, but again they are ghosting me. No response. I’ll email them every 7 days until I get a response.

Satisfaction guaranteed? NOPE.

Booked for a first clean with a view to set a regular cleaning. 2 male technicians arrived, I had not advised that this would be the case. Although they had masks on they were not wearing them, within a couple of mins of arriving they started making calls. They were so loud I had to terminate my meeting to ask them to be quiet. In the end I gave up and asked them to leave. This is neither the service nor the professionalism I was expecting. Complained to the company but had not even an acknowledgement. Will not be using again

James was really helpful and did a great job. Carpets left almost dry and smelling wonderful.

Really hardworking pleasant man. Got to work and cleaned the double oven thoroughly and quickly

Don’t book with this company.
I booked an end of tenancy clean and it wasn’t even a basic clean that was completed. I lost money off my deposit. I contacted them and it’s been going back and forth I was told I would get £110 back and still waiting. The guy isn’t even replying back to my emails. I wasted £330 on a end of tenancy clean which was disgusting I sent proof of pictures and he implied that I could of taken them before I sent again with the time stamp. He also said he can send the cleaner back but it was too late I already gave my keys back to landlord. I wanted at least half my money back wasn’t happy and wanted to take it further but then agreed to the £110 and still haven’t got it back

Should be 0 stars. End of Tenancy clean was less than amateurish and property left filthy dirty.
No communication on complaint several lacking company NOT recommended.

Lots of pre-visit communication, tech arrived on time, gutters cleared and cleaned. Just as it says on the tin.

Technician did not turn up, I called to suggest re-arranging the appointment and was told this would cost me 30% of the original invoice. This is despite Perfect Cleaning changing the time of the appointment the day before.

Not a bad business business model, don't turn up and then demand an extra 30% to do so. Terrible.
