I liked Louise a lot: she was friendly and calm, and so was easy to talk to. She walked that tight-rope between being prissy and over-familiar about embarrassing subjects very well. She listened carefully and had lots of good ideas. I came away from the call with a plan, and she wasn’t pushy about me booking a second call in. I will make another appointment with her if I need to.

This is a great service, as not enough is being talked about the menopause, and you don’t really know where to turn to get advice: the internet can be misleading, so I don’t trust everything I read. It is great to talk to someone who can really understand your problems and work out a plan to overcome them.

Had a wonderful session with Teresa last week. Thank you. She was very clear about objectives and outlined the service well. Explained her background and what we should aim to achieve with this advice session. She asked the right questions to get a stronger basis for the advice for me and most importantly, she listened to my concerns and debunked some myths.

It was a very empowering 45 mins - would be an unheard of amount of time on the NHS and has prepared me to go to both GP and my private women’s health clinic to tackle this head on. I’m now armed with relevant knowledge, know what to ask for and no longer in the menopause dark.

I would recommend this to anyone as the perfect first step, or to use as a professional sounding board if already seeking treatment.
This session is a personalised, truly individual advice service which addresses the psychological side of menopause in equal measure as a doctor would look at purely clinical results.

I used a baby sleep coach on Peppy. It was quite literally the best money I've ever spent. I'm not joking. Wish I'd done it 2 months ago!!

Seeing a lactation consultant when I was struggling to breastfeed made an enormous difference to me and my ability to feed my baby. Peppy made the whole process easy and after contact was made, I met with the lactation consultant within 48h.
All parents should have access to this level of support and be helped in those early days of parenthood. What a great initiative.

After suffering with menopausal symptoms for a while now and not getting any helpful advice from my GP, I am thrilled to have found this service. The consultation was incredible useful and I felt like I was in safe, capable hands with a very knowledgable practitioner. This is a fantastic service I wish I discovered ages ago. I could have avoided so much frustration and got the answers I needed so much earlier.

Such a great idea, to have so many postnatal specialists all in one place, especially when you're in a sleep-deprived haze and don't want to scour the internet for hours. So glad that my employer signed up to this fantastic service and gave employees on maternity leave an allowance, which can be used across a whole range of specialists to help in those difficult days. All the staff there are also incredibly helpful and friendly, and always quick to reply if I have any questions.

This service is just what I needed to kickstart what I’ve been meaning to kickstart for some time now. It was a reality check for me as well as a huge help to have so much information in one call. The mysteries of my ever-changing cycle were answered very quickly (without lots of tests!!!). Highly recommend.

Using Peppy to quickly access physio treatment to help me recover post birth has been brilliant. Being able to quickly get help with something that could become a source of anxiety is so valuable, especially in those early days with a new baby when self care isn’t the number one priority!

Peppy is fantastic. I'm so grateful that my employer is providing this. I was having problems with my pelvic floor. It was something that I knew needed sorting but I was always too busy. I finally took the plunge and found a physiotherapist on Peppy in no time at all. I'm back to normal. Really happy. Cannot recommend highly enough!
