The advice through peppy chat has been invaluable for me, as a first time mum. Knowing I can get an answer from a professional, without having to use Google, has been such a relief and much less stressful.
You can ask as many or as little questions as you like so is totally centred around what you need.

After struggling with my son's sleep for a year since returning back to work, I decided to use the services of Peppy to find a sleep consultant. Peppy were fantastic and made the process really straightforward and easy to use. I had confidence knowing that the expert I decided to use had already been vetted by the Peppy team. I worked with Lauren Peacock from Little Sleep Stars who has been fantastic. Lauren tailored her advice to our individual circumstances and worked together with us to form a sleep plan that worked for our family. Lauren was really responsive and on hand to give us all the support we needed whilst we implemented the sleep plan. Lauren suggested tweaks to the plan we as we went along and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. I was previously unsure as to whether engaging the services of a sleep consultant would work or whether we were doomed with having an eternal bad sleeper. I am happy to say that I have been convinced by the difference a specialist can make and definitely recommend using Peppy and the services of Lauren Peacock of the Little Sleep Stars.

Love the expert advice

It was great to be able to talk to somebody who knows a lot about menopause, particularly how to deal with the symptoms if you don't want HRT. My GP just asked if I wanted antidepressants when I said I'd like to avoid HRT. Elaine was really helpful and gave me some excellent advice. Wonderful to get some sympathy too as it's still a subject you can't really discuss with other people. The summary of the conversation she sent afterwards was helpful too as it's easy to forget important parts of the conversation...especially with foggy menopause brain! The resources were also very helpful. I have sent the appropriate ones on to my manager and HR department. Although my employer was supportive, they didn't seem to know much about the subject. I wish I'd contacted you earlier!

The Peppy Service has been an amazing and valuable help in those first few weeks after birth. I could not expect a more supportive, knowledgable and available service from Hannah. I was so lucky to have her at the end of a WhatsApp message. What a great idea to support new mums!

I found the appointment very useful and helpful and the adviser that I spoke to was lovely - really friendly and easy to talk to.

The phone consultation lasted for 45 minutes, which was enough time to ask all of the questions that I had about the menopause and potential treatment options and to discuss things thoroughly, in a way that I don't think would be possible in a GP appointment.

The adviser seemed very knowledgeable and I felt confident that she knew what she was talking about and was giving me the best current advice. After the consultation, she emailed me a summary of our conversation, so I had a record of all the information she'd given me and didn't have to worry about taking notes. She also sent me some links to websites about the menopause so that I could follow up on some of the things we'd discussed.

The whole thing was well worth doing and I would recommend it to any woman who has concerns about the menopause and wants to talk about her options.

I have been trying for ages to get an appointment with my GP as I had a lot of questions regarding menopause. They did not have any doctors who were "menopause trained". I found Peppy through a facebook group, and I am so pleased that I did. Donna the lady I spoke to spent time explaining EVERYTHING to me, and gave me all the information I required to make an informed choice about my next steps. I was worried about starting HRT with medications I am already on, but she alleviated all my fears. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody in my situation a game changer !

A brilliant service. Peppy have given me a lot of help and guidance with support after having my baby. They have a fab list of clinicians to book and great products available. I would highly recommend.

Peppy is a wonderful and supportive service that really helps parents in the months of wilderness after having a child. The team work really hard to fill the huge gap in post natal services so that parents have an easily accessible resource tool, linking you to your closest postnatal care providers. It covers everything from mental health support, lactation consultants, physio, baby sleep experts, postnatal personal trainers and even products and gifts parents and babies. When I struggled with breastfeeding and wasn't given enough support from local services, Peppy put me in touch with a lactation consultant who arrived on my doorstep the same day and gave me three hours of in depth support which I found hugely reassuring. I would highly recommend this service and give it a 5 star rating!

Meno consultation:
I spoke to one of the specialist nurses who was lovely. It was easy to set up our call and she rang on time.
She was knowledgeable, understanding and gave me helpful advice for ways in which I could potentially improve my health/state of mind.
I would recommend Peppy to anyone as a supplement to GP advice, although it's far more than an extra as I haven't had nearly as much useful information from my GP!
