Great support group and practitioners. As a first time scared and anxious Mum with no experience, great resource to ask questions and get help and answers. Highly recommend.

This has been such a helpful opportunity. The group chats, expert practitioner access has been invaluable, even in the short time the trial has run. I can recognise what I've been anxious about, had facts to support what I can do, where I can relax a little and what to expect/manage expectations! Even without the stress and reduced access to standard healthcare support that covid crisis has brought, I would love to see something like this long term.

I used Peppy with an older baby at 9m, when challenges of sleep and feeding are dramatically different from a newborn but resources are harder to find - Peppy has a number of offerings tailored to this age including 1-1 support and small group discussions with a practitioner which were very helpful.

My breastfeeding journey was difficult in the first few days, my baby and I were separated quite quickly after birth which affected our ability to latch. I spoke with hannah at peppy who watched us breastfeed and gave us great pointers via Video calls. Hannah also sent me various articles and videos which have all really helped me understand how breastfeeding and a good latch is achieved.
After taking Hannah advice and practising the techniques for a couple of days my baby latched for the first time and went on to feed through The night. It’s amazing how we both just clicked and knew what we needed to do.
I’m so pleased I used peppy, it was really important to me to breastfeed and the help I received has been invaluable.

This has been the best supportive service and has exceeded my expectation. Being part of the group has been invaluable to answer questions, received very useful information and the consultation was fantastic the output will enable me to have a conservation with my GP! Thank you and hopefully all women in the country will be able to benefit from this service. A big thank you to the Peppy Team you are the best :)

I was introduced through our menopause group at work. We were struggling to have this recognised. The pilot of us using the option to have personal support for each individual needs. We know some don’t find supportive doctor appointments. I have found this support provided as Amazing. Response is quick, excellent tips and hints. Follow up to questions is instant. Check in too which is helpful if struggling with anxiety. Cannot recommend enough 👏

wow! what an extremely useful and insightful experience. I have been suffering (and it really is suffering) with the menopause for 14 years and at times I thought I was not only going mad but also falling to bits!! (painful joints, foggy brain, forgetful - which has been so stressful at work when I cant remember names, words and dates or get them mixed up
(makes me look and feel such a fool!) my review gave me so much information and I realise not only did I not know much about the menopause an its effects but neither do my GPs or nurses and its an all female practice.

This service needs to be embedded into women's health checks

I really enjoyed the one to one basis on helping me with the menopause. It was a great help and you finally feel like you are not alone. Many hints and tips too to get you through difficult times

Great service with very quick responses. The staff are really friendly you can ask them anything and it has the added benefit of being there for you at any time so as you are experiencing different challenges you can get bespoke help and tips with no need to wait for a doctor’s appointment.

Absolutely brilliant. My consultant, Teresa, was incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate. She showed great intuition and covered the main subject I wanted to discuss as well as other matters that I hadn't thought of or would have been nervous to talk about. She made me feel comfortable enough to discuss everything. A great experience overall.

The guys were really quick to respond to messages, gave me a lot of valuable information and were able to give me advice which helped in my decision in which products to purchase

This is a fantastic service to help working women, that are going through the menopause, be able to take control & have great support to deal with things as they come along, so it doesn’t have a negative effect on their day to day lives.

Honestly, these folks are amazing. The support and advice offered is so helpful and informative. They make it feel like no question is a bad one and always have a suggested solution. Had I not had another health issue that prevented me continuing HRT, I would still be in contact for help and advice. I would 100% recommend!
