From the sales man who was very polite and not pushy and the surveyor who was excellent. every step of the process went very smoothly. John and Johnny who fitted the windows and door were very efficient and really clean and tidy they done a excellent job fitting the door and windows,they look amazing. Would like to give a special thank you to Kim who kept us informed at every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Pennine windows. A big thank you to everyone at Pennine.

Had my windows and doors replaced by Penine this week, and I have to say, what a great experience from start to finish. A high quality product installed and any rendering or work needed to ensure everything looked aesthetically pleasing. Gary and Adam who did the installation were great , nothing was to much trouble and they were always friendly and professional. House left clean inside and out. Office staff were always friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

The guys were here on time and worked steadily to complete the work. All done to my satisfaction and they left everywhere clean and tidy.

Brilliant service from Pennine, from quote to survey to the 2 guys, John and Johnny who fitted the doors and windows, all went flawlessly.
Joel was great with the quotation, not pushy and nice chatting with him. The surveyor was very knowledgeable, even predicted that one of the doors would take an extra shove to close, due to the bottom seal arrangement and he was not wrong! John and Johnny were very tidy, efficient and did a lovely job of fitting. Windows are well engineered and look nice. Will be asking for more quotes for further work when we can afford.

Excellent customer service, window fitters were on time, and did an excellent job on fitting all windows. They were very professional and left all areas clean and tidy when finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pennine on their standards and the quality of windows. I Highly recommend them.

Pennine were great from start to finish, I had eleven windows replaced. The fitters were excellent, professional, friendly and worked quickly ensuring everything was tided up (although they made no mess in the house). Also checked that I was happy with the work done.

From the initial home visit to shaking hands and saying goodbye to the installers the whole experience was pure professionalism. The two installers Jonathan and Michael were professional and got on with the job competently and with minimal disruption to us. They worked tidily and the finished product looks lovely. We are so pleased with it. The ladies in the office kept us updated on progress with our order and all paperwork was forwarded to us on completion of the job. I would recommend this company.

Very prompt and wow what a brilliant job. The 2 lads were very professional and didn't miss a thing. They cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't recommend them enough. They demonstrated how the windows and keys worked so we felt comfortable and confident with safe and reliable windows before they left. We live 1000feet above sea level on top of the Penines and needed a name we could rely on and we were not disappointed. Well done for an excellent service. I must also mention huge thank you for the assistance from the staff who ensured we were happy with the service.

I had a great experience working with Steve on our new windows. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment he arrived at our home. Great communication, from initial sales, to installation confirmation. Great product with safety protection and guarantees.
Slight delay in fitting and date was moved, but the day of installation was great. Fitter was prompt and friendly, front windows installed just after lunch.
Carpets protected, inside decorations were not effected and outside cleaned of debris. Scaffolding was also removed within one day, following a phone call.
Great experience, will be using Pennine again, thank you.

We recently had Owen Burgess from Pennine Windows come out to measure up and provide us with a quote, and we were really impressed with the service. Owen was friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He answered all of our questions professionally and made the whole process straightforward and comfortable. New replacement roof fitted to existing conservatory. Flat roof system. Tony and Callum fitters. 4 days from start to finish for removal and installation. Great service. Professional workman. Courteous and polite. Kept well informed at all times.

From the initial consultation with Ben, the process went very smoothly. I received a call to inform me of the date of the installation 1 week before. The Installers arrived 8 am and worked relentlessly as a team up until 7 pm. The finished product is superb as was their professionalism. Follow-up calls by head office and also a visit from Ben to ensure all was to my satisfaction. Thank Pennine for a job well done.👏

*update* Pennine homes did end up fixing the damaged window and the damaged render, special thanks go to Mark who was brilliant. Just a note to not be pressured with sales tactics where you get offered a one day only offer, get quotes from multiple companies so you can compare the costs.

Pretty disappointed with quality and level of service!

I had two windows installed on Friday the 1st May through pennine home improvements.

Both me and my wife were working throughout the day so let the two chaps crack on with the installs and didn’t stand over them to inspect on them.

over the weekend I’ve had a good look at the work done, and I’m not happy, one of the windows is cracked and there’s scratches and scrapes and black marks all over the shop, plus there’s been so much debris and mess left on kitchen roof that was not cleaned up.

One of the window sills is full of deep scratches and needs to be replaced alongside the cracked window.

the other window has caused the render to come off, so that area needs re-rendering from the outside.

The inside walls are full of black marks which won't come off and there's areas where the paint has come off, so the whole wall needs repainting again.

The sales man promised us that the installation would be done to a very high standard ensuring there wouldn’t be any remedial work needed, as we did tell him we’ve had the render done recently as well as the house painted internally, so I'm not happy at all.

The bathub was left full of debris/mess, which my wife had to spend quite some time cleaning up the bathtub from all the mess.

I was quoted significantly more than other window providers and decided to go with pennine home improvements because it was deemed to be a higher quality product/experience, but I’ll be honest, the experience has not been anywhere near.

I called the head office on Saturday and was told the install team is off until Tuesday and that the sales person would send an email to the install team to get this looked at and I'd get a call today but I've not had anything yet so I'm putting this review on trustpilot, so people can do their due diligence before deciding whether to move forward with these or not.

I’m hoping you can get this issue looked into and sorted asap , as one of windows will need replacing. I’ve got photos of all of these bits and pieces including the window that is cracked.

Please stop cold calling my house.
I have anxiety and after explaining I don’t have anything to do home improvement decisions it’s down my to partner, I’ve had salespeople hounding my house for days, several times a day.
I never expressed interest in a quote, I said I would pass the info on and if my partner was interested he would contact you. I’ve had 4 sales people call to my home in the space of 24 hours.
He works from home and I work unsociable hours, so I’ve been woken up twice.
Not to be rude, but get the hint.

Started off very well, explanation of what we were signing up for was very good, start and completion dates were very good, window fitting was good, door fitting very poor, then it took another 3 occasions by different fitters to correct the issues, most of this was down too very poor communication within Pennine.
Saying that everyone of the fitting teams were very polite.
Very quick and efficient at chasing up payments, may be put this team in charge of, customer comeplaints communications. Thank you for listening Mick

A Pennine canvasser came to my door claiming the company had installed our windows nine years ago and that they now “needed replacing,” but said he would have to return when my partner was home.

The next day, a different salesman arrived and immediately told me that canvassers often lie just to get their foot in the door. That set the tone for what became a very uncomfortable experience.

We were given an extremely inflated quote for three windows, followed by a dramatic “one‑time only” help‑to‑buy discount. We were pressured to make a decision on the spot and weren’t even given a moment to speak privately. We ended up paying a deposit simply because we felt pushed not to “lose the deal.”

After discussing it properly — and getting far cheaper quotes elsewhere — we decided not to proceed. When I called to cancel, I was told the sales team “work from home on weekends,” but someone would email them. Instead, the same salesman rang me asking what the problem was. I explained the price was too high and that we’d only paid the deposit due to pressure. He said he couldn’t cancel anything over the weekend.

I emailed to cancel formally and received no acknowledgement at all. Instead, I was contacted by someone from “Budget Windows,” who said they are part of the same company but cheaper because they don’t pay for Pennine’s advertising. He claimed he could offer a “trade price” if I left an online review. He insisted a manager had to come to my house to give the quote. When I asked for it by email, he told me he “doesn’t have email,” and that his manager “doesn’t email customers — customers email him.” He was rude, pushy, and constantly interrupted, and I eventually had to hang up.

When I later rang again to request written confirmation that my order had been cancelled, I finally received an email — a single line saying, “I can confirm all has been cancelled.” No greeting, no details, no sign‑off.

Overall, the experience was stressful, manipulative, and unprofessional from start to finish. I’m extremely relieved I didn’t go through with the order.
