We had a nice trip to the store, no heavy sales patter! Ordered the sofa which was easy, it arrived ahead of schedule and then delivered by a couple of decent and nice blokes. All in all, a very good shopping experience.

Great quality sofa, poor delivery experience
Great quality sofa, good value came earlier than expected.
Disappointed with communications, was rang at 7.30 the night before to say it was being delivered the next day.
The delivery company dropped sofa off the back of lorry, causing damage, dealt with quickly by company.

What a refreshing change to be able to speak to someone. After trying to obtain a rug to match an existing one & be let down by two other companies & not be able to speak to anyone. Emails were useless.

Cerutti white ceramic dining table with corner bench and backless bench set. Purchase and delivery was easy. The bench and corner seats was complicated to assemble and is not as comfortable as thought to be but it does look good and table is nice
