Returned a bra as it didn't fit me,. I followed the instructions on their website regarding returns and got the following reply - 'In accordance with our shop rules and returns policy, you must contact us and confirm your return address before returning the product. You should also send us the return form. None of the above has been complied with by you and therefore we are unable to accept your withdrawal from the sales contract. ' How disgusting.... avoid at all costs.

AVOID! Awful company, charge luxury amounts of money for Chinese rubbish. Takes a weeks to arrive from China, despite UK branded website! Refused full refund and made to post back to china. They take days to respond when they finally bother! Trash goods and even worse customer service! Cost me £18 to return and the stuff they sent wasn’t worth 18p!!

This is a dreadful and deceitful company. They take forever to send items, do not disclose all comes from china and they make it impossible to return items! Terrible

Scam I will be contacting bank to report fraudulent company and reclaim money. They take money and then you don’t receive the items - wish I had looked at these reviews first!

I order two sets of lingerie spent 80 odd pounds and had problems with my delivery so I emailed they sent one set but not the other after several emails I've still not received my lingerie and also the quality it's not the best I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend Adele scott

Don’t buy from this company!!!! Absolute scam. The item you will receive will not match at all from the picture. It’s not worth a penny. Very bad quality, size don’t match at all, item looks totally different from the picture and then they make you pay return which they say will cost up to £15 so basically you lose money anyway.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Was waiting weeks for my order to be delivered. Wrong size, underwear doesn't look like from the picture. Poor customer service. Regret I didn't check reviews before I ordered from them!!!

I ordered two items of underwear.. The first item arrived two weeks late … I am a size 10/12 so i ordered a large to be in the safe side but i can’t get the garment past my thigh and I’m slim. The other item hasn’t arrived at all despite several emails.. The item that did arrive was terrible fabric and a very odd fit. What a scam!

I ordered a camel coloured dressing gown and received a dark brown one. They are offering me a 20% refund instead of a full refund. Disgraceful. I will persue via the courts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't do it, awful customer service. Delivery up to 3 weeks and they have a cancellation policy but don't follow their own policy. Don't touch them.

Nothing like the picture site says 2/3 days delivery. Facts page and customer service advise weeks 2/3 weeks. No tags lose threads cheap crap. The site isn't cheap either it's a joke tho it's wish rebranded

🚨 SCAM WARNING 🚨

I placed an order 60 minutes ago and immediately realized this company is NOT based in the UK, despite having a UK web address. When I requested a cancellation, they refused—even though most online stores allow cancellations within a reasonable timeframe.

This is highly misleading and unethical. If a business refuses to cancel an order placed just an hour ago, they clearly don’t operate with customer care in mind. Avoid ordering from them at all costs!

Ordered a item but it was going to be delivered too late for my holiday.emailed the company to cancel the order and paula has been so helpful and answered emails promptly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

They sent the wrong dressing gown and no belt utterly useless. Will have to pay postage to return and will not just tell you what address to post back to. Do not buy from this seller.

That bad it’s laughable. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
Website looks great and good quality product. Real life items arrive and are cheap small china sizes and the item isn’t even the same as in the photo. From reading the other reviews on here I’m guessing there is zero chance of a refund and I spent quite a bit of money which quite frustrating.
Not sure how a company can legally operate like this, it’s actually fraud.
Strongly advice not to purchase from this company! Avoid!

Worst experience ever!

The sizes are too small. The quality is awful and the prices too high!

And the worst part.. The return period is only 14 days! And if you want a refund, you have to pay the delivery fees!

Terrible company/business, cheap tacky clothing. Over priced. Sent from china. Items have been sent out separately. Been waiting around 3 weeks still no sign of it.

Customer service are very bad. Not helpful in the slightest.

Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Very smart marketing on the website as it looks very professional and classy but it’s the total opposite.
