Items arrived too late. Some items have the wrong label and are therefore miles too big. Customer service is a complete waste of time. Items and company are Chinese. This company has nothing to do with UK or the European union!

Awful company ,ordered swimming suit awful poor quality ,customer service just send it to me after week and half adress where to return and it's looks dodgy ,omg never will use this company ever again just want refund they awful awful

Uk website is a scam.
No idea where they are based. Products arrived poor quality.
Requested a return and refund and they ask for you to fill your personal details including bank account on a document.
God knows where that would end up.
Returns address makes no sense and seems to be a logistics company that deals with various e-commerce dodgy sellers.

So if I could put zero stars I would! These lot are utter bints do not use this rubbish company they should NOT be allowed to trade!! Im still waiting for the mystery package from January 14th!!! I am disputing payment and trying to get my money back!!!! A HOLES 🕳️!!!!!

Wrong colour item sent, no interest in customer service rectifying their mistake. Avoid these shylocks as suggested by every other reviewer on here!

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Their delivery times are stupidly long and unfetermined and they don't accept returns, even when you're within their own terms! Stay away!!

Don’t use company shocking items from china and take ages to come poor quality and missing items. Customer service is poor tell you to check tracking when the item is missing . Don’t order , it’s like throwing money down the drain .

Tried to cancel my order when I found out the delivery time is potentially infinite. They refuse and say I can only get it once item is received. I had to claim a refund from my credit card co. Awful and wish I had looked at the reviews.

Ordered 4 items - Took around 20days to arrive which is fine but these are just cheap underwear made god knows where! And sent separately.
But……. Here’s the awful bit.
One item didn’t arrive. Chased them up.
Email back saying it’ll arrive….
2 days later I get a random parcel with a cut of paper saying ‘sorry you’re missing an item please contact us for a refund’
- along with a pair of dodgy Spongebob socks!!!!!

So I’ve replied 5/6 times for a refund and they just reply with emails that aren’t relevant to my request.

Complete con. Awful business. Do not use people.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY DONT USE:
I paid for my order then received email stating that I didn’t pay. I queried this and got email stating order is being processed. It’s been weeks and nothing received. So they tried to get more money from me and didn’t send the items. No means of getting refund as no contact number and no one replies my refund requests. NON UK SCAM PROBABLY FUNDING TERRORISM

Ordered wrong size, cancelled within two minutes, now in a dispute with them as they said processing has begun even thought heir website states: "The order may be canceled if it has not yet moved to the next stage of implementation. To cancel the order, please do not delay and inform us about it within one hour of placing the order."
Essentially a scam company. Avoid.

Failed to read up on this brand prior to ordering as they were a recommended brand featured in The Times (so really should have known not to trust). Luckily I didn’t spend too much money but my matching underwear set are two completely different colours and are really really cheap looking. From reading these reviews, not even going to try and get a refund, will just count it as a loss and not buy anything else!

I didn't do my due diligence and have fell victim like everyone else and experiencing the same issues. Dishonest company which is not based in the UK. Do not buy.

This is not a UK based company and they advertise misleading information

Terrible company, the isn't as shown.
Wrong items sent, wrong sizes sent,
No way to return items.
This is just a drop shipper, the pretend to be based in UK and you order stuff from them, in turn they order from China and take a cut of your money.
The items eventually arrive from China if at all.
Avoid this scam company, I wish I had checked on here first.

Wrong sized item was sent and the quality of the other one, in fact both, is a joke. Returns policy seems to be non existent. If anyone has a returns address for them, please post it here!!

I should have checked the reviews here before ordering from this joke of a company. It's a Chinese scam that pretends to be a company in UK. The lingerie they sent is ridiculously too small (a robe is a size of a small shirt), except in cases where it's too small and too large at the same time, i.e., a 36D bra is more like 56A. They make you pay for the return, and the return form that they sent does not even contain a space for a sort code, so it's unlikely I'll be seeing my money back :(
