Dreadful experience with this company…
Dreadful experience with this company who took my money and didn’t wait after I had a delay disembarking my flight which they were aware of. Avoid at all cost. Staff are rude and unhelpful too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a bogus company. They sent us a car smaller than the one we had booked without car seats which arrived late! They are unprofessional and rude.

Do NOT use Peliccan Cars EVER - I booked an airport run for which they were over 40 mins late for, repeatedly lied to about a driver being on their way, rude and unhelpful helpful customer service and have tried to say non-refundable despite the no-show!

Based on my recent experiences with companies in this network, I strongly advise against using any of their services.
PELICCAN CARS - Complete Failure to Provide Service: I booked a transfer from Southampton Docks to Bristol. The driver failed to appear. When I contacted the company for assistance, I was informed they could not locate or contact their own driver. I was left stranded at the dockside with my luggage, forced to arrange alternative transportation at short notice and additional expense.
BRITANNIA AIRPORT CARS - Severe Service Failure: I booked what should have been a straightforward transfer from Bristol to Heathrow Airport—a journey of approximately 1¾ hours. The experience was nothing short of disastrous.
The driver arrived over 20 minutes late, immediately jeopardising our schedule. During the journey, he announced we would need to stop for 30 minutes to recharge the electric vehicle. At Leigh Delamere services, this "30-minute stop" extended beyond an hour when the driver was unable to remove the charging cable from the vehicle.
Once mobile again, it became apparent the vehicle had not charged adequately, necessitating another stop at the next service station—where the charging facilities proved incompatible. The driver then turned around and headed back toward Bristol to locate a suitable charging point. After another hour-long charging session, we proceeded via Swindon toward London, only to stop again at 22:30 for additional charging.
A journey that should have taken under two hours ultimately took five hours. This level of operational failure is unacceptable for an airport transfer service where timing is critical.
Recommendation: The consistent pattern of unreliability across companies in this network suggests systemic operational problems plaguing the network operating under UKTRANSFER2016 LIMITED. Travellers should seek alternative providers to avoid missed connections, extended delays, and the risk of being left without transportation.

Britannia Airport Cars London – Good Customer Service
Yesterday, 24 November 2025, I booked two trips with Britannia Airport Cars.
The first trip was from London City Airport to the Holiday Inn Dover, UK, on 15th May 2026.
The second trip was from the Dover Cruise terminal to our hotel at the London Heathrow Airport.
I noticed when reviewing the bookings that an error had been made by Britannia Airport Cars. The error was for “Trip 2”; the pickup location displayed on the confirmation was from an address in London.
I immediately contacted Jack at Britannia Airport Cars, who corrected the error. I received an email with a link to pay for the cost of the journeys. I immediately paid the invoiced amount.
A new email was sent to me to pay an additional amount for the amendment to the pickup point for trip 2 at Dover. I disagreed with the charge. The data entry at the Britannia Airport Cars office caused the error. Subsequently, the additional charge was removed.
I was impressed with the Customer Service and the professionalism displayed by the organisation in resolving this matter. I have no hesitation in using its services when we travel to London on our next visit.
