Servicio excelente de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Fue muy fácil de reservar, con precios competitivos y sin complicaciones.

Lo más importante fue la comunicación, que fue impecable en todo momento. Nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso, pero desde el momento en que aterrizamos, la empresa nos mantuvo informados y nos dio tranquilidad asegurándonos que el conductor ya nos estaba esperando.

El conductor se comunicó con nosotros indicando su ubicación exacta y fue muy fácil encontrarlo, además de estar claramente identificado.

Para el viaje de regreso, solicitamos un cambio especial: que nos recogieran 10 horas antes para dejarnos en el centro de Barcelona y poder disfrutar de la ciudad antes de nuestro vuelo por la tarde. Esto también se gestionó perfectamente, con una comunicación clara y sin ningún problema.

El servicio ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Totalmente recomendable.

El servicio de transporte fué perfecto. El conductor nos estaba esperando en el punto acordado, fue muy amable y nos esperó hasta que toda la familia estuviera lista. El vehículo estaba limpio y la conducción fue muy correcta. Necesitabamos sillas para niños de 5 años y estaba totalmente equipado tal y como acordamos.
Repetiremos seguro.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We were attending an event in Milan (from London) and needed to organise various transfers over 4 days. Alvaro and Yulisa at Zone Transfers were incredible. No question was too much to answer and communication was excellent, even with us in different countries. We were even able to make changes to transfers in real time and add additional journeys on the day. The cars and drivers that were sent were polite professional and extremely helpful. Really took the stress out of organising transport Impeccable service would highly recommend 10/10

Nos ha recogido Jhon del aeropuerto, se ha bajado a cargar nuestro equipaje y abrir y cerrar las puertas al subir y bajar del vehículo muy educadamente. Muy limpio, muy atento en todo momento y con una conducción muy suave y agradable. Un servicio sobresaliente por el trato del chofer y por el vehículo. Repetiré sin duda cuando necesite transporte.

I am very disappointed with the way my request was handled. I initially contacted this company several months ago with the genuine intention of working together. I took the time to respond properly and adapt to their process, yet I was wrongly accused of making ‘endless changes’—when in fact, there was only one adjustment due to a budget change, following a miscommunication on their part. It was also impossible to reach anyone by phone to resolve things quickly, which added unnecessary frustration. The reply I received was condescending and disrespectful, showing a clear lack of care for their clients. For a company that claims to be customer-focused, this is both unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend working with them.

We set up a transfer from Seville airport to Conil de la Frontera, around a 2 hour drive. Our flight didn't get in u til midnight so most companies were charging 300€+ for the transfer. Zonetransfers arranged it for around 200€ so a substantial saving. We paid in advance and emailed the day before the flight to confirm. I always got a prompt response from customer service any time I emailed. Our driver Ronald was in the arrivals lounge to greet us. He was so polite and courteous with complimentary water provided in the car. The car was spacious and very comfortable after a long flight. The drive went by quickly as Ronald was an excellent driver. We were so happy with this service. I would recommend Zonetransfer without hesitation.

Nuestro conductor fue muy agradable y profesional. Mi hijo mayor dejó su teléfono en el coche y el conductor tuvo que volver a la terminal a dárselo. Definitivamente hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos. Además el coche era un Mercedes Benz impecable.

Very happy with the transfer service offered in Santiago de Compostela for me and my family. They brought the child seats for the children and all the luggage fit very well in the hired vehicle. I can say that this company is serious and professional.

I contacted Zonetransfers to ask for a quote to transport 2 people from a city center to an airport. Nothing to do with moving furniture!! And the response I got when I decided not to go ahead was incredibly rude and unacceptable!! As a customer I have every right to ask for a quote and decide whether I want to go ahead or compare. You, on the other hand, have NO RIGHT to insult your customers like that. You must learn to change your customer service skills or will continue to lose customers.

Viajar con Basilio ha sido un placer. Es un gran profesional. Viajo mucho y ha sido de los mejores conductores que he conocide. Súper educade y correcto. El coche impecable, limpio y cuidade. Basilio siempre pendiente de que el viaje nos resultara cómodo y estuvimos hablando de futbol y negocios. Repetiré sin dude alguna.

RESPUESTA 2 /hombre el conductor que dice de trabajar no vino precisamente por impagos y no sé qué más me contó vía telefónica,visto la respuesta queda más que en evidencia que esta empresa en lo que es.
PD.gracias al conductores que no pagáis y lo amable que fue me buscó uno alternativo ,pero si ,para su información sí que fui y pude solucionar eso ,y con respecto a los mensajes negativo puede que si esté mal lo que hago pero solo suelo poner cosas negativas que me pasan para que no les vuelvan a pasar a nadie,ojalá tuviera tanto empeño en trabajar como en contestar

Upon our arrival at Fiumicino Airport, our driver was already waiting for us, which made the start of our trip seamless. Todo en general, llegan tarde, vestimenta inapropiada, música alta, no preguntan nada, hasta el punto de dirigirse a un destino que no es el contratado, hablando con el móvil con otro compañero o cliente, etc....
Editado: Su respuesta no me parece mínima mente coherente, efectivamente yo no contrate el servicio, pero si unos familiares, paradojicamente me dedico a esto en Madrid, y se de que hablo, en resumen servicio pésimo y nada profesional.

Pésimo viaje. En un trayecto de 1 hora y cuarto, el chófer ha mantenido 4 conversaciones telefónicas en manos libres con familia y compañeros de trabajo. Ha mandado mensajes y leido condiciones de otros servicios mientras conversaba por teléfono. Como le he pedido a él y su jefe q dejasen la conversación se ha ofendido. No ha tocado ni una maleta para bajarla del maletero y se ha ido sin decir ni adiós. Muy deficiente servicio

Todo fácil y genial. El vehículo muy cómodo y Jose el conductor encantador. En mi próximo viaje repetiré con esta empresa.
