Prompt, great service

Quick confirmation of a last minute booking. Driver on time, polite and communicative, car was new and clean. Very reasonable price from London centre to LGW.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!! The drivers had ALWAYS been late even 1h! One time the driver didn’t even bothered to turn on his phone to tell us where he is because he was already over 15 minutes late?? And the operators were telling me “please stay with me I will check for you” repeatedly for over 20 minutes, telling me the driver will be on time, while the pick up time has already passed? What level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is this company is beyond any imagination.
The operators sent me a screenshot that the driver called me a scumbag because I was not able to wait for him anymore since I was already late for my flight because of him not turning on his phone and being late 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe I could get this angry! Such a disappointment and disrespectful company!
And guess what? They also don’t want to refund me any money. Please stay away from them, unless you are happy and want to have new problems!

Clearly the good reviews for this company are bots or people paid to do so.
I have paid for my booking, nobody came and they don't even want to refund my money.
Also worst costumer service, I have spoke with one of them on WhatsApp and was repeating the same annoying phrase "please stay with me while I check" for 30+min. I had to find an alternative as they wouldn't do anything and I had a flight to catch.
Save yourself and don't use this company.

We have booked 4 journeys. Booking ids: 117487, 117486, 117489, 117490. We have pre-paid to pick up our guests. We received confrimations but drivers never showed up, with no explanations. Very disappointing experience. Will never book again.

Booked cab to and from Stansted airport.
Good service, with quick response to Whatsapp messages, and good communication with driver for airport pickup.
Prices are reasonable and competitive.

We booked a 7 seater car to pick us up from Kensington and dropping us home to Kent at 3am and it was a great service. Straight after booking, the communication with driver was good. When picking us up in London he was on time and letting me know when he was due to arrive. Would recommend this service.

I had an excellent experience with Britannia for my airport transfer. The driver, Kugan arrived 10 minutes early and was incredibly polite. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable.
