Unimpressive service
I sent my parents a link to buy my son a goal for his first birthday. They ordered it on 31st December and the system allowed them to order it and pay for 3-5 days delivery. On 4th January they got a message saying they were sorry they had been on holiday from work and would send it as soon as possible. On 8th January they were then told that actually it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock until 21st January.
We wasted alot of time waiting for an item they never had and now need to order elsewhere.

We had informed all customers during the Christmas time that our team would respond to queries/orders on 4th January. This was also communicated on our website before placing any orders. Great customer service
I ordered 2 items from the online baby and toddler show recently, Pearl and Bear were quick to contact me and thank me for the order and advise that one of the items might take a while to arrive. They offered a refund but advised it would be here in time for Christmas so I said I was happy to wait. The item did arrive, but it made me realise the other item had never turned up. I contacted them and initially wasn't very happy with the response they gave me, as they appeared to expect me to take up the issue of the missing package with Royal Mail myself. However, they soon rectified this and are now pursuing this themselves. The item I had ordered is now out of stock and they offered me a variety of other items, all of them almost double the cost of my original item and at no extra cost to me! I did offer to pay the difference as really none of this was their fault but they insisted they did not want me to pay any more money. They also gave me a 10% off voucher for my next purchase. What a turnaround! I'm so impressed with their service and will definitely be a returning customer now!

Exceptional Customer Service
The product was of very good quality. But what sets Pearl and Bear apart for me was their exceptional customer service. The product was delayed through no fault of theirs but the team were quick to offer a refund if needed. They kept me informed of progress and were quick to respond to any questions.
