Despite an error in initial comms as the product shown on the site was out of stock, the P&B team acted quickly and provided excellent and prompt comms and service afterwards. They expedited delivery of our product when it arrived in stock, and it is an absolutely fantastic highchair.

Item never comes, impossible to contact them
I made an order 15 days ago. I paid extra £4.95 for delivery of a pair of sunglasses. The order has still not come. I have tried to contact them on Facebook and customer service email but I never get an answer from them. I will contact the bank tomorrow to get the money back. I wish I had purchased from somewhere else.
Edit: I decided to trust the response from the owner over here and waited another 2 weeks but they still never come. Please avoid this website and the company. Big disappointment to our little girl.

Actually disgusted
Actually disgusted. Bought my baby a baby gym at the baby and toddler show from this company 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing from them since and have also emailed them and they have not replied. Very quick to take the money,not so quick to reply to an email. Just want my money back now to buy him one from somewhere else that have better customer service and actually send the goods!

Little bit disappointed - whilst the print on the changing mat I ordered was lovely, it’s very thin with not a lot of padding and in my opinion doesn’t warrant the money that I was charged.

Unfortunately the item I received was faulty. However it was quickly resolved and I was not out of pocket due to all costs being covered including return postage. It was just a shame the item was out of stock so I had to re-order elsewhere but I cannot fault the service I received.
