I placed my order on the 1st January
I placed my order on the 1st January, it is currently the 11th January and still no sign of my purchase. I have emailed to ask where it is which was promptly responded to however though I have been told it has been dispatched with Hermes the tracking number provided is said not to be valid on the Hermes website.

Service was terrible
Service was terrible. No confirmation of an expected delivery date. Waited two weeks before calling up. Answer I got was, "oh, yeah, we are now waiting on more stock to come in, once we get it we will send it out" still no telling when it would arrive. Item was listed as in stock when I ordered so naturally wasn't willing to wait any longer. Was also listed as in stock on the website at the same time when I called up. Terribe service for an order over £100.
