Great little company
Great little company. So glad I found it as the items I bought were triple the price elsewhere. I ordered knowing it was a pre order which was delayed further. I was kept up to date throughout until my items arrived at the door. Lovely little business with great communication unlike all the bigger retailers. I’ll be back

Arrived quickly, but useless...
It arrived quickly but was pretty useless. The hole was too small to get around my 3 week olds neck and it was too thick to fit between her chest and chin anyway. Sadly it's going straight to the charity shop..

Item broken. Customer service poor.
Travel cot- Item broken when received. Unable to put cot together as one of the sides wouldn’t click in to place…. needed it urgently as my granddaughter was staying four days later. I requested a replacement to be sent and advised them I would return the broken one straight away but needed a replacement urgently. Received an email back the next day requesting photos which I couldn’t send as was not at home. Was told they could replace with a different item ( no good as needed to be a specific size to fit the mattress I had!) but only once they had received photos- advised it would just be a photo of a side of a cot not up properly and you wouldn’t be able to tell what was broken as the material is stitched close and covers the mechanics!
Would not have had time to receive a replacement by this point! Managed to secure the cot side up but this involved unstitching the material and fixing the catch that wasn’t working and then restitching!
This has obviously made it non returnable so it’s a one star for Pearl and Bear products and one star for their customer service!

My order was over 5 weeks delayed and I…
My order was over 5 weeks delayed and I didn’t receive any warning prior to purchase that it would be delayed. Only when I chased the company did they have the courtesy to let me know they were experiencing a delay with the product. When I later asked for a refund they would not refund me as I was 2 days over the 30 day refund period. Given the huge inconvenience and lack of communication a refund would be the least I would have expected. Awful company and customer service - avoid them at all costs
