Poor Customer Service
I ordered a helmet for my nephew for Christmas. Got an email several days later to say it wasn’t in stock, if I wanted I could wait for it to
come into stock or cancel my order. I decided to wait for it to come into stock. It arrived early January but unfortunately it’s too big for my nephew. I have been in touch with your company to ask if I
can return it but got an email back saying that they’re all on holiday!!! It’s now nearly February, still had no further response and a helmet that is no use!! Obviously I bought a temporary helmet elsewhere but it’s not the one he wanted!! How can you run a Company where everybody goes on holiday at the same time???!!!

Have ordered something for my grandson for Christmas, have had no updates as to where my order is. Have emailed them twice asking where my order is and if I'm likely to get it in time for christmas, NO REPLY. so do I go.elsewhere and purchase an alternative product. I.dont want to end up with 2. I was looking for some knee high…
I was looking for some knee high pelerine socks and came across this site. I found 3 pairs of white 3/4 length socks size 3-5.5 with a pretty heart pattern for sale for £4.99 so I ordered 3 packs of 3 pairs thus meaning 9 pairs, with packaging the order totalled nearly £20
What I actually received was 3 pairs of pelerine ankle socks with a diamond pattern and not the 9 pairs of 3/4 length heart design socks shown on the website and is certainly not worth nearly £20 for 3 pairs of ankle socks. The only part of this order that was actually correct was the size! So I contacted the company twice via email requesting a refund for the incorrect order but after reading the automated reply stating, if you contact us more than once you will be pushed down the queue, I am still waiting for a response.
I definitely won't be ordering from this company again, as first impressions last, my first impression is terrible.
I would advise caution if considering making a purchase.

Fast, reliable and friendly company
My son has autism and relies on one brand of dummy. I've been able to send for them a few times now. This means he's getting his needed comfort. The delivery is always fast from when I've ordered them.

Very unhappy with this company , I ordered two beakers for my then 1.5 yr old in October 2021 , now my child is out of the beaker stage being over two yrs old now nearly 3 I receive my order end of July 2022!!! It isn’t good enough even for the smallest of companies!

If I could rate no stars I would at this point.
I made a order on the 07/05/2022. Bike, scooter and helmet so over £100.
Confirmation order received and paid same day. Happy days my nephews birthday is in august so am prepared happy presents sorted.
Cut to 28/07/2022 ( 2 months 3 weeks ) later am still yet to receive that order.
Email update - due to covid it’s taken ‘ a little longer ‘ than normal to receive stock
I’ve accepted this I know times are hard with covid etc etc but nearly 3 months !! Your taking the Michael if you think that’s acceptable at this point.
Why are you advertising stock you clearly cannot get ? This isn’t covid related at all because the same scooter I ordered was in stock in Smyths I didn’t get it because of my ‘ just a little longer ‘ email and trust that my order would be sorted.
My nephews birthday is next week and still no order.
Do not order for this website they’re advertising stuff they do not have and their customer service seem to think it’s okay to leave a customer near 3 months down the line with no order
