Excellent customer service. Had an issue with one of my purchased items. Emailed customer services and received a response within an hour. Issue was resolved very quickly through effective communication and a very personal response rather than standard templated responses that so many other retailers use.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered two of the same items. All was confirmed and took payment for express delivery. I then was told they only have one item and when questioned about refund for express delivery, they replied “They don’t feel like I should be compensated.” Awful customer service and shocking company.

We would like to clarify that we did offer compensation for the express delivery in the case that you would have liked to wait for both of your original items. However, you accepted our offer of a replacement for the missing item in your order, which would have arrived in the estimated express delivery time frame. This is why we did not offer compensation for the express delivery.

Since the couriers and ourselves are separate companies, there is not much we can do in this situation other than keep communicating with them and waiting for updates on their part, which we have been doing and updating you about through email. The item arrived , I requested a spare part (the part I had lost ) and almost immediately they had spoken to the manufacturer who had agreed to re send directly to me.
Really impressed how promptly my query was dealt , how fantastic would it be if all companies dealt with you in the same way !

Great shop, great items but stock issues
Great shop and great items. The only reason I didn’t do 5* is that I ordered 2 of one item which the website gave you the option of ordering up to 10, but I only received 1 and got a refund for the second.
This made it frustrating that the website gave you the option and it’s still saying you can buy this item online, but they can’t have had the stock if they only sent one and refunded the second.
