This company is a complete fraud. They gave me a ticket for a flight that was over booked already and then said I would have to pay 700 bucks for a new flight bc the flight they gave me a ticket for wasn’t available anymore. My 8 year old and I waited for hours at the airport and then had to fly home another day and they nothing at all to help or assist. Complete joke!!!

Zackery was a great service

IT IS A FRAUD. They supplanted my airline company and asked me to pay extra amount for a pending tax.

I had a very nice flight from Asheville to Flint. No troubles and very smooth landing

Zachary was excellent in handling my need's gave me several options. Very patient and as professional as it get's. It has truly been a pleasure having him guide me flawlessly through this ordeal. I'd sure book again and definately request him as my agent and will refer many other's with similar need's for I was 100 % satisfied. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give him a 12. Thank's he supervisor ( quality) and has easily the capable to fit those shoe's. A real pleasure. Thank you.

I booked flights this morning that apparently the flights were not available any longer for the price I should have paid. So dealt with 5 different people on the phone today and finally received someone that could actually help me. Zachary was extremely kind and patient and really quick in handling the situation. He also sent me a confirmation email that nothing has been or will be charged.

Nunca compren nada con esta agencia. Son unos ladrones. Tome un vuelo con esta gente. Me hicieron el reembolso de los vuelos porque me los cancelaron pero se quedaron con el 50% de el valor de los mismo. No dan ni soporte ni respuesta. Ladrones

I was bilked out of $759 by this company but I was eventually able to recover $450.00.

This is a company that offers travel services but they will cheat you by charging exorbitant fees.

They have many names and advertise online.

I thought that I had accessed American Airlines but was instead talking to someone at PCM Travels.

Be extremely careful when googling an airline or hotel, etc. I have been told that it is best to go through apps or call the number on the back of your card.

Citi ruled against me because I had accepted services through PCM Travels but PCM Travels had already sent me back $450.00 thus I lost over $300 and I have had to eat the loss.

I was lucky. Other travelers have lost much more and had worse experiences than me. Read some of the reports.

Apparently this is a growing problem with fraudsters pretending to be customer service for legitimate companies.

I do not remember the exact date of my experience because it went on for days and weeks. There were days when I was on the phone for about 8 hours trying to understand what happened and resolve my problem.

I purchased a flight for my daughter online and I have been harassed a few times with phone calls telling me that I have to pay more, first call was for my carry on because it was not free, when it clearly stated that it came free with my AA ticket. And I was told through my translator that they can give me a deal ($31)for my carry on that will be $35 if paid at the airport, and I told them no thank you because that is not a deal. That call took about 30 minutes due to the language barrier!

I was then told that I needed to confirm an email that they sent me stating that I am refusing the offer, and I do not want the paid bag. They insisted that I need to confirm the email they sent me about the bag! “I thought that was weird since I already purchased my ticket!” But I didn’t think anything of it, except how exhausted I was after that long phone call trying to convince me to confirm that email, but also very relieved I was when it was all over as well!

A day passed and then they called again and this time the conversation got real heated because the wanted me to confirm “the” email they sent me the day before about the price of my ticket that was no longer what I purchased online but now $140 more, and I was so very shocked and said my ticket was not that price when I purchased it! They said that they wanted confirmation to authorize that additional charge, and I told them absolutely not, I will not pay anything more and they then told me that the email they sent me two days before was to confirm the additional charges to my plane ticket and I told them that I didn’t authorize that and I was not aware of any of that! I told them that is fraud what they are doing, and I thought there was not any email at the time stating changes in my ticket and that I was misled and scammed etc…

The thing is why would someone call you the moment you press submit your payment and go out of their way to charge extra for a “free carry-on” and then when that didn’t work and they most likely were not able to charge my card, they then decided they were going to try again to squeeze more money out of me and try to convince me that what I thought was the price of my online ticket was not the real price and I need to authorize the difference of the ticket because I already confirmed by email and they have the proof, and I told them that I never agreed to anything of such and I also have the proof of my purchase in my my email and screenshots, and we kept going back and forth with one another about the matter!
