Paul is incredible, I’m so happy with my surgery results. I had a chin implant as my facial profile needed balancing after a previous surgery I had elsewhere. I knew a chin implant would fix my issue but even now can’t believe the difference it has made.The results are brilliant, I feel so much more confident now with my lower face. I can’t recommend Paul enough, from the very start I was put at ease, Karen was brilliant, so friendly and always more then happy to answer my questions, Paul took the time to listen to my concerns and showed me images of what my face would look like with different implant sizes, I left feeling happy and knew I had found the right surgeon for me. Aftercare was fantastic, Paul checked in on me after my surgery and follow up appointments were really easy to book. Definitely recommend Paul.

I had my surgery with mr Wilson in October 2023, and my experience from the very beginning was reassuring, thorough and aftercare were exceptional. My consultation was very methodical and I was given all the information I needed no questions unanswered, informed of which surgeries were an option for me and what would best suit my individual case. The lead up to surgery was very straight forward, with regards to going ahead and booking surgery. Both the hospital and mr Wilson’s secretary Karen were so helpful, were easy to get in touch with answered all my questions and concerns I really felt I was in good hands.
Fast forward to the surgery day ( the most nerve wracking day 😊) all my concerns were put to rest the nurses were absolutely amazing and it felt like you were being looked after in such a caring and professional way I cannot thank the nurses in st Joseph’s enough
To the anaesthetist who put me to sleep really made me feel at ease.
Healing process and after care are second to non no query too big or small.
Mr Wilson truly took care of me and am over the moon with my results. If I were to have surgery again i will be going back to mr Wilson.

I had my operation in November 2023 at St Joseph’s Newport, and the service there was fantastic. The procedure was very successful, and I felt very well prepared and comfortable with the post-op care.

The results of the reduction are amazing! I am so pleased with my smaller breasts, which have healed beautifully and are lovely and symmetrical. After years and years, I finally feel confident to wear what I want and no longer feel discomfort when exercising.

I have just had my 6 week post op check up after my Breast Reduction and lipo. I am over the moon with what Paul was able to achieve with my reduction, even this soon on I can say it has changed my life.

During my check up I had some concerns around my lipo and Paul took time to explain things and also offer solutions which was great. I am looking forward to seeing how things settle before my next check up at 6 months.

Despite the time of year when I had my surgery (December) Karen was great in responding about my appointments and answering my questions during recovery.

I initially contacted Paul and his team to enquire about replacing my breast implants as well as a breast uplift. I also wanted to know if it was possible to have an arm lift at the same time.

My first contact was via email and the reply was very quick and also very helpful. I was offered a zoom call appointment or a face to face and I opted to meet with Paul in person.

From the first meeting I had total confidence in Paul and his team and we arranged my operation for the 16th October at St. Josephs, Newport.

I cannot praise Paul and the team enough, I was able to manage my pain with just paracetamol and my recovery has been fantastic. I am just over 5 weeks Post Op now and I am thrilled with the results. I have had 3 x face to face follow up visits with Paul and his team and we have 1 more scheduled but the whole process was very smooth and I am now planning a facelift for 2024/2025. I have had a MMO and very pleased with the results. Paul has been amazing. Very professional. I am 24 days PO and have had no issues at all. Can't recommend Mr Paul Wilson enough. I had been large chested since my early 20's with no end in sight as my breasts continued to grow through my 30's and 40's. Having met my 'now' husband in 2019 and discussing my unhappiness with him, he recommended I contact Paul. My husband was familiar with Paul as my 'now' stepdaughter underwent a foreheadplasty 2 years prior to us meeting.

After my initial consultation via Zoom (due to Covid) in early 2020, I felt excited to have taken the first step in changing my life. From start to finish, the whole process went smoothly with all follow up questions I had being responded to quickly.

Following my procedure in Bristol, Paul told me he'd removed in total just shy of half a stone in weight from my breasts. I was gobsmacked as was he. 24hrs following my procedure I was home with very little discomfort.

I am over the moon with the results and can't thank Paul & his team enough. You have completely changed my life. My only regret is, I didn't do this sooner!!

Paul & his team were very professional but at the same time kind and personable . Paul had generated computer images of what I could expect but the actual results were amazing - post op pain to be expected & heed paul’s advice of rest but after care excellent with follow up appointments . The hospital st Joseph’s was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in I didn’t want to leave - I’ve been wanting surgery for many years soon as I met paul I felt comfortable & confident his experience & knowledge of hai profession was obvious -my advice is just go for it you’re in safe hands with paul
